Using Washed Pink or Washed Nude as a base and then applying Vivery or Coralian on top creates a stunning look. As someone who generally prefers matte lipsticks, I find this semi-matte formula strikes a perfect balance - it's moisturizing yet applies smoothly. That's why I reach for it often. The packaging is also quite appealing. If you're expecting a typical matte lipstick, you might be slightly disappointed as this formula is more hydrating than you might anticipate. - ar*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2022
It's great as a cool-toned base lip color, and you can use it on its own for an innocent, fresh-faced look There's nothing to complain about. It absorbs well, but the staying power might be slightly shorter as a trade-off - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2022
A matte, velvety lipstick formula Glides on smoothly and feels lightweight Moisturizing on the inside while feeling powdery on the outside It's a muted pink shade, perfect for everyday wear Love the retro-style case The packaging alone makes it worth collecting! Being a matte type, it did emphasize dead skin cells on the lips a bit Tends to wear off easily - qq*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 18, 2022
Espoir truly excels from packaging to color payoff. This time, they've created a beautiful washed pink shade. It's a diluted pink perfect for warm-toned individuals like me who still love pink hues. As part of the No-Wear Velvet line, it applies smoothly and sets to a matte finish. With minimal transfer, it's great for our mask-wearing times. While it doesn't last as long as a tint, it has impressive staying power for a lipstick! Typically, pink shades are favored by cool-toned individuals. However, this particular pink feels like it's consoling warm-toned people who've struggled with pink lipsticks before. - ba******Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 3, 2022
Spring's new arrival! As expected, Espoir's lip products are fantastic! I've been using the No Wear line lipsticks consistently, and the texture is truly amazing. This #WashedPinkCollection also has an incredibly smooth and silky application. It's not completely dry like velvet, but rather perfectly smooth with a semi-fitting finish? It's just the right level of softness, making it a pleasure to wear even in dry seasons. For the #WashedPink (PK012) color I chose, please refer to the photos. It's an absolutely gorgeous pale pink! To be precise, it's a strawberry milk pale pink with a drop of grape and a hint of white. No muddiness! It's a clear, innocent strawberry pink. There's no muted tone or grayish tint, just a perfectly balanced pink with ideal brightness. Compared to previously popular shades like MAC's Ple*se Me (known as Song Hye-kyo's lipstick), this has much less white, so it doesn't float on the lips. It's a pale pink with just enough whiteness to make your lips look pure and innocent. Another great point is that despite being a lipstick with a light color, it still leaves a nice stain. Thanks to its formula and these characteristics, it has excellent longevity for a lipstick, which I love. Because it's a pale pink color, if you don't completely dry your lips before application, there might be some limitations in color payoff. Also, since it does contain some white, some people might find it a bit too nude for their liking. I highly recommend this for your spring makeup lip look! - ys*****Combination SkinRecommendedFeb 20, 2022
Whether used alone or as a base, this soft pink color looks beautiful in any application. While it may not have a clear finish due to its formula, it covers the natural lip color well. Even though my lips tend to have uneven coloration, this product provides a clean, uniform look. As for the application, being a matte lipstick, it feels slightly powdery rather than smooth, but it goes on light and comfortable without feeling heavy. I didn't notice any settling into lip lines either (I can't speak to emphasizing dead skin cells as I always take care of my lips). This has become one of my go-to lip products for daily use. The color is close enough to my natural lip shade that it works well even with a bare face, making it perfect for quick, effortless application. I can't think of any significant drawbacks. If I had to mention something, perhaps the regular price feels a bit awkward? - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 18, 2022
A versatile product that even cool-toned folks can use! I'm cool-toned but really wanted to try something nude, so I took a chance and bought it. The color doesn't look too warm or washed out, but instead creates a beautifully harmonious nude pink. For me, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells a bit... and the staying power is... not great. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 13, 2022
Appearance: The Espoir No Wear Velvet Washed Pink Collection features a sensational design. The packaging resembles paint splattered on a pale canvas, while the lipstick container itself is a delicate pink with a paint-splashed effect. It's not your typical cute or innocent pink, but rather a faded pink that exudes sophistication. Color: 'Washed Pink' This shade is a pink with a hint of white and no yellow undertones, making it perfect as a base lip color. As someone with a warm skin tone, I found it a bit challenging to wear alone. However, I discovered a fantastic combination! By applying Washed Pink as a base and then adding Washed Berry to the inner lips, even those with warm undertones can pull off this cool-toned lip look. Highly recommended! Texture & Pigmentation: As a fan of the No Wear Velvet line with several colors in my collection, I can confidently say the texture and pigmentation are outstanding. While it appears matte, it glides on incredibly smoothly and finishes with a velvety texture. It's not a powdery velvet, but one that adheres perfectly to the lips. The color payoff is excellent as well. Longevity: Given its velvety finish, this lipstick does transfer onto masks and doesn't leave much of a stain, so it doesn't last very long. However, this is typical for velvet-type lip products. The beautiful color makes it worth reapplying throughout the day.
