I have extremely dry and sensitive skin, so using heavy moisturizers doesn't actually hydrate or moisturize - it just sits on top and causes blemishes :( That's why I prefer using mists frequently for hydration, even if it's a bit more work! While there are many mists out there, I think their functions are pretty similar, so I focus on the spray when buying. This product doesn't come out in big droplets, but as a fine, even mist that spreads uniformly - it's like a cloud of hydration! Personally, I find the fragrance of this product a bit strong! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 7, 2024
It's so hydrating and sprays well - I've used over 4 bottles! I love how it doesn't make my skin oily but keeps it fresh. For reference, I have oily combination skin prone to blemishes! I didn't notice any soothing effects. Apart from the hydration, there weren't really any other benefits... haha - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJul 13, 2024
The fine mist is great for spraying over makeup. It gives an instant feeling of hydration, perfect for frequent use in dry office environments. While it seems to evaporate quickly, for someone with combination dehydrated skin like me, cream mists feel too heavy. I find it better to use water mists more frequently instead. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2024
The generous amount is evenly sprayed, which is great. The price is also reasonable. It doesn't work, unfortunately. Apart from an immediate effect, it's quite disappointing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinApr 5, 2024
Skin type: Combination dehydrated, super sensitive skin Spray power: The Abib mist's spray power is truly impressive. It's like a perfect fog mist, and surprisingly, it's not even gas-propelled! Refillable container: It's eco-friendly that it's not single-use and you can refill and reuse the container once it's empty. Especially compared to aerosol mists that make you feel guilty when disposing of them, this one doesn't give you that feeling. Hydration: As it's a hydrating mist, you can feel more moisture than oil. It's better suited for oily skin rather than dry skin. However, it's more moisturizing than mists that feel like pure water. It feels amazing when sprayed on your face when it's feeling hot. Overall: The ingredients are great, there's no skin irritation, and I'm 100% going to repurchase when I run out. While the ability to refill was touted as an advantage, the downside is that as of this review, the company doesn't sell refills separately. They only sell the original product + refill set. Once you've used up the original and the refill, you'll have to buy the whole set again. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinNov 11, 2023
The spray works well and the scent is lovely! I appreciate that the generous amount will last for a long time. I don't have any particular complaints. The only minor issue is that you need to press the pump a bit firmly when dispensing the product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 28, 2023
It's great for use in the bathroom as a body spray after showering. The mist comes out in very fine particles, almost like a fog, which I really like. I bought this because I was getting blemishes on my back, possibly due to the change in seasons. After using it for a week, I actually got more breakouts... While I know I shouldn't rely solely on cosmetics, I'm disappointed that it didn't work, especially considering the investment. That said, I've been using other products from the same line on my face with good results, so it could be a hormonal issue. It's not causing any tingling or irritation yet, so I plan to keep using it consistently for about a month. It's recommended to use body products right after showering, before moisture evaporates from the skin. After towel-drying, I spray it immediately on my chest and back, then apply body cream elsewhere while waiting for it to absorb. It absorbs quickly without letting too much moisture escape, so it should be suitable for those who don't have very dry skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2023
This is the finest mist spray I've ever used! It's incredibly gentle on the face with minimal irritation, and the fragrance is delightful. It's so subtle that you can't even tell if you've applied it. There's no noticeable sensation or effect, leaving you wondering if it's doing anything at all. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinSep 5, 2023
The cooling effect when sprayed is wonderful. The mist feels incredibly soft, like a gentle fog, with absolutely no irritation. It contains houttuynia cordata extract, which is great for soothing the skin and is very gentle. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The price might be the only thing - it's not exactly cheap, but it's still reasonable considering they offer refills. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2023
The spray power is truly excellent! (It's a fine mist ✓, not a sputtering spray ✗) I knew the Houttuynia Cordata line had great ingredients, but I was pleasantly surprised that both my sensitive skin and my friend's could use it without any irritation. The packaging is elegantly beautiful, and I especially love the muted pastel green color. It's perfect! I didn't really find anything to complain about. It seems to be quite cost-effective when purchased during refill promotions.
