Even in the dead of winter, applying this twice would significantly reduce facial tightness, so it was truly precious.

A toner in the form of a runny liquid? This is actually an essence. After only using watery toners before, I felt so good when I first used this toner. Even when I just applied this, I didn't feel any dryness. I think oily skin types could just use this alone in the summer.

I'm really a heavy-handed user, but when I layer it two or three times, the moisture gets absorbed so nicely, and it's just wonderful when it dries. I've gone through so many bottles already, ugh. Everyone should try it at least once!
