  Pros

  Introduction As a teenage girl with sensitive dry skin, I only get oily on my nose while the rest of my face feels tight and flaky. I struggle with redness, small blemishes, and dead skin cells. While Aromatica is famous for their Aloe Soothing Gel, I personally prefer their Tea Tree line. I find it has a better cooling effect and works better for my skin.

  Cons

  The scent is quite strong. I personally enjoyed it, but those with super sensitive skin should take note.

  The texture was slightly thinner than aloe gel, which I liked. The most satisfying aspect was the cooling effect. The scent is a subtle blend of floral and herbal notes, which wasn't overpowering at all.

  While it's marketed as a soothing product, I find it's not only great for calming the skin but also seems effective in preventing back acne. I know tea tree has antibacterial properties, so that's a plus! The cooling effect is also fantastic, making it perfect for body use.

  After only using aloe gel, I tried tea tree for the first time and found it even more refreshing when it gives that cooling effect!

  I always use this product for soothing! It's perfect for cooling down the skin after sun exposure, when dealing with blemishes, or when your skin feels sensitive from wearing a mask. The generous amount means you can even use it on your body. It's a must-have for beach trips and summer days!

  Cons

  There's not much to complain about, but I have to say something... If you have dry skin, don't finish your routine with just this. You'll need to layer an emulsion or cream on top.

  Tip

  Compared to the aloe gel from the same brand, this one is more hydrating and better for soothing. When I use it on my face, I apply it after toner as a replacement for essence. Highly recommended for those with dry skin!
