There's nothing specific I dislike about this product. It's a winner in my book.

It's fantastic that this pack comes with 30 sheets. The included tweezers make for a hygienic application process. The mask itself is a thin, refreshing sheet that's ideal for a daily mask routine. I absolutely love incorporating it into both my morning and evening skincare regimens.

The mask dried quickly and I didn't really notice much of a soothing effect

Using this daily before applying makeup each morning made it easy to cool down my skin temperature

For some reason, after using it for two days, I've noticed a few small blemishes appearing on my forehead! I'll need to keep using it to see if this continues.

I love how easy it is to use this mask every day! It's perfect to apply after showering while drying my hair before bed.

 1) If you apply it on top of the wash-off pack, you can easily remove the wash-off pack when washing it off. Don't think it's a waste, try using it that way.
2) When you're applying it, the eye area tends to get a bit dry. If you have something like a collagen eye patch, you can apply it underneath and put the wash-off pack on top. That would be even better.

The VT homepage also sometimes sells it as a promotion, and it's often on sale at Olive Young.

These days, it seems many people are looking for it, so the price keeps going up ㅠㅠ

 This is a really good friend to the middle-aged lady, who uses it as religiously as toilet paper, applying it twice a day without fail. However, at first, she wasn't too impressed with it.
The sheet mask she had been using daily for years was discontinued, so she found this as a replacement. But initially, the material seemed too non-woven, the adherence was lacking, and it dried out quickly, leaving her quite dissatisfied.
Since she had already bought it, she decided to give it a chance, thinking that as long as it doesn't cause any trouble, she could learn to love it. She tried using it in various ways - applying a wash-off pack underneath, using it in the morning to reduce puffiness, and using it while drying her hair to lower the heat.
It turned out not too bad. While the material still doesn't fully satisfy her, 1) the cica scent gradually grew on her, 2) it generates less single-use waste compared to individually packaged masks, 3) the convenience of just opening the tub and taking one out, 4) the good value for money, and 5) the soothing and cooling effects that seemed to help her redness over time.
Particularly, the calming aroma of cica provides a sense of relaxation that lasts until the mask dries, and the soothing effects are quite decent considering the short 10-minute application time. She considers it a good value product.
After using it, her redness visibly calms down, and the heat sensation is greatly reduced, putting her in a good mood. She even uses it morning and evening in the summer when needed.
It's a sheet mask type where you pull out one sheet at a time, and the liquid doesn't dry out too quickly.
Apparently, this product has even won an award in Japan, though it's not very well-known in Korea. But once you try it, you'll understand why.
Among the friends she gifted it to, there were both those who loved it and those who hated it - a diverse range of reactions.
She, however, loves it very much.
Compared to the 30-sheet, 30,000 won mask she used to buy monthly, this one costs around 40,000 won for a month's supply when used twice a day, which is a much lighter burden.
It's a lightweight, 5-10 minute sheet mask, like a refreshing skin pack. Okay, if that's your intention to enjoy it, then that's great!

The included tweezers are not great... it's hard to grip the masks. I imagined easily pulling them out like wet wipes when I bought it, but if the container got flipped during shipping, it would be a mess inside... It's a struggle to take out each sheet. Those concerned about hygiene might want to avoid this. Also, the mask is surprisingly long vertically, leaving extra on the forehead (see attached photo). If you dislike messing up your bangs, don't use it after your hair is dry. Ironically, it's a bit short horizontally, so it doesn't reach the area in front of your ears...lol

After reading reviews, I was worried about insufficient essence, but I didn't experience that at all. It's perfect for daily use. With 30 sheets included, you can easily do a daily mask routine. After showering, I use my Leegeehaam shot, then take out a mask from the fridge. It cools and soothes any tingling from the shot, and my makeup applies beautifully the next day.

You know how aloe packs are all the rage these days, right? For those looking to soothe their skin and pack in the hydration, try this: Apply a thick layer of alcohol-free aloe gel, then put this mask on top for about 15 minutes. I saw immediate calming effects. The combination of aloe gel and this cica mask even provides a nice cooling effect!

The only downside I found was that after frequent use, opening and closing the lid repeatedly, it eventually snapped off. It's somewhat unavoidable, but still disappointing.

This mask pack is so convenient because it's dispensable, producing much less waste than single-use packs! As someone with super sensitive skin prone to blemishes and small bumps when my skin's not at its best, I have to be careful with ingredients. But this pack, with its cica ingredients and non-sticky texture, is perfect for my daily mask routine. It's gentle enough for my skin that tends to react badly to just about anything. Oh, and it comes with tweezers, so you can grab the masks cleanly without getting your hands all damp. The scent is a fresh, inoffensive fragrance that I think most people would enjoy.

Leave it on for about 20 minutes, then remove it. Gently squeeze out the remaining essence from the mask and apply it to your skin. Wait patiently as it absorbs, and you'll feel a pretty deep hydration boost.

If you're just applying the mask alone, it doesn't give that deep hydration feeling. I keep a separate intensive moisturizing mask on hand.

A mask to keep stocked up on. It's convenient to pull out and use, doesn't cause blemishes, and is generally reliable.

The plastic tweezers provided to pick up the masks are just too fixed in place (they fall inside the pack)
They don't grip well, and when I tried to use more force, they just broke, which was really frustrating..

The large-capacity pack is easy to take out and use one sheet at a time, so the accessibility(?) is good! You can easily take out just one sheet without any waste, and since the accessibility is so high, I end up using it more often! This is a huge advantage for me.
I don't really like the sticky feeling when removing the pack, as the ampoule is overflowing, but I'm able to peel it off relatively cleanly, which is nice.
The effects are similar to other regular mask packs.
