This sleeping pack has a texture between a gel and a cream with a slight blue tint. It's completely oil-free, so it doesn't provide the typical moisturizing or nourishing benefits of a sleeping pack. It's more like a night gel-cream. While it claims to have a soothing effect, I didn't really notice one. However, it's packed with hydration, making it great for oily skin types to apply generously at night. The hydration level feels similar to the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask (though honestly, I wouldn't buy that one at its price point). I've noticed many people saying this product irritated their skin. Why am I fine? It really reinforces the idea that skincare is different for everyone. If you have resilient, oily skin, I highly recommend this. If you were to buy this at 18,000 won, you might need to think twice. But Nature Republic is known for heavily discounting products that aren't selling well. As of today, you can get it for an incredibly low price of 5,900 won on their official website. I wish more people knew about Nature Republic as the affordable skincare experts. It's a shame they can't survive on stone plate marketing alone, especially with Olive Young's monopoly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 4, 2022
Affordable price (After seeing the two reviews above, you might feel full of regret thinking 'I should have bought it...') My skin is usually so resilient it could be called leather - nothing ever bothers it, not even during my period. But this product managed to wreck my sturdy facial skin in one go. After applying it before bed, I woke up to a burning sensation when I washed my face. For the first time in my life, I experienced what it means to have your skin completely freak out - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 1, 2022
The only good thing about this product is its cheap price. To be honest, there's absolutely nothing positive to say about it. It's truly a product you should never, ever buy! I don't have particularly sensitive skin that usually reacts badly. At most, I might get one pimple during my period. That's how unproblematic my skin typically is. When I first applied this product, a tiny bit got into my eyes, and it stung terribly. The next morning after using it, my skin started developing small bumps all over. At first, I couldn't figure out why. I thought it might be due to the summer heat, but I've never experienced anything like this before. Applying toner and emulsion became incredibly painful. Ugh. When I checked the ingredients on Hwahae, I saw a review from someone who had a similar experience. I immediately threw the product away. It's so frustrating. Whatever you do, do not buy this product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 5, 2022
When first applied, it makes your skin look good (though this is essentially meaningless since you wouldn't wear it regularly) I've never had my skin react badly to any cosmetics before, but this made my entire face turn red and caused an intense burning sensation. My eyes even stung. I can't believe a single mask could damage my skin so much. Don't buy it just because it's on sale - it's incredibly painful! The best advice? Don't buy it at all. Just turn around and walk away.
