It seems mild, as it doesn't lather well and you have to scrub hard. I used three packs, but I'm not sure about the acne, it seems mild.
ConsThere is no foam, but I don't have any particular thoughts. After cleansing with an oil in the evening, I feel unsatisfied if I only use the cleansing foam once, so I double cleanse. Even though it's gentle, I feel like my makeup isn't completely removed.

The dermatologist recommended this method of cleansing to control bacteria, so I plan to diligently follow it.
ConsThe lather doesn't seem to form well, but I've heard that mild cleansers don't usually produce much foam. So I tried to work up a good lather by rubbing it into a cotton pad.
