It wasn't too runny or too thick. To be honest, if it hadn't caused blemishes, I would have continued using this product.
ConsI don't think this is suitable for those with dry and sensitive skin. I fall into that category, and it caused dead skin cells and acne that I didn't have before.

It doesn't leave much of a white cast, and I didn't notice any particular scent.
ConsThe finish is somewhere between sticky and moisturizing. Since I applied it in winter, it didn't feel too sticky and was quite hydrating, but I think it might be a bit challenging to use in summer.

So I decided to try this hybrid sunscreen. It applies smoothly and isn't thick or sticky. Compared to other sunscreens, it's less irritating to the face and doesn't sting the eyes. These days, when air pollution is bad, some sunscreens make my face itchy after cleansing, but this one is much better in that regard. It doesn't leave an excessive white cast. There's a very slight white tint, but it's not overwhelming, so it's not bothersome. Compared to single-ingredient mineral sunscreens, it causes less deep dryness.
ConsDue to my combination dehydrated skin's tendency to feel tight, I applied this thinly, even over my moisturizer. However, it still feels too oily on my face. I usually just wear sunscreen alone or occasionally use an oil-control powder, but with this one, I definitely need to use powder. The product seems good, but personally, the inconvenience of having to use powder means it's not quite perfect for me...
TipThis would be great for those who do a full skincare and base makeup routine. It should work well under foundation too.

Despite containing zinc oxide, which is typically found in mineral sunscreens, it doesn't leave a white cast or have that characteristic mineral sunscreen stiffness. It applies like an emulsion, making it perfect to use before a matte foundation. I've been confidently using this along with the Tea Tree Soothing Sunscreen, and since switching to this sunscreen, I haven't experienced any new blemishes on my face.
ConsIt might be a bit heavy for oily skin types to use alone. Even after thorough absorption, it doesn't leave a powdery finish, so if used on its own, you'll need to follow up with powder.
TipIt's ideal for applying before a matte foundation.

Please keep in mind that due to wearing masks, I've been experiencing recurring tiny blemishes on my face, and I have powerful combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks! 1. Application It spreads smoothly and evenly. Sometimes you come across products that are really stiff and hard to apply, but this one glides on nicely without clumping, making it easy to cover every nook and cranny. 2. Scent Personally, I'm not a fan of that typical 'unscented' smell, so I prefer products with a mild fragrance. This one has tea tree in it, giving off a subtle, fresh herbal scent. It's not overpowering, but just enough to mask that unscented smell, making it pleasant to apply! 3. Gentle formula I've been trying different products after experiencing irritation from a supposedly gentle organic sunscreen from another brand. This one is truly gentle. Especially when you have a spot that's been popped, which often stings when you apply products, I can't recall feeling any discomfort with this one. It's definitely low on irritation. 4. Subtle brightening effect? There's a very slight white cast, but it's not excessive. It gives a subtle brightening effect, just naturally lifting your complexion by a shade. It doesn't last all day, but I actually like this aspect!
Cons1. It becomes drying over time Despite being labeled as 'soothing', I expected more hydration. Maybe because it's a hybrid sunscreen, but that tightening feeling typical of mineral sunscreens becomes quite noticeable by the afternoon. Initially, it feels moisturizing like an organic sunscreen, but by afternoon, my skin feels oily on the surface yet dry underneath. It's a bit disappointing. If it's going to be like this, I wish the oiliness could be better controlled. 2. It doesn't come off easily with just one cleanse. This seems to be a common characteristic of most mineral sunscreens, which is a slight drawback for lazy skincare enthusiasts like me. 3. There's a bit of eye irritation. However, this might be because I have a habit of touching my eyes frequently, and I'm particularly sensitive in this area. Compared to other sunscreens I'm currently trying, it's minimal, but it's not completely absent! Despite these drawbacks, among the products I'm currently testing, this one is the gentlest and my favorite. I use it most frequently. Until a better product comes along, this one remains at the top of my list for now.
TipIf you moisturize deeply, the dryness is less noticeable. While it doesn't completely eliminate it, it's definitely less apparent, so for those with dehydrated skin, I recommend doing a toner pack or the '5 skin method' to ensure deep hydration. And don't forget! Always do a double cleanse!! You know that sunscreen residue can be the enemy of clear skin, right? Make sure to thoroughly remove it with a double cleanse and follow up with plenty of hydration!

Here's what I loved about this one: 1. The super hydrating formula is fantastic! It's not heavy at all, feeling like you're barely wearing anything. There's no uncomfortable residue, making it perfect for daily use. 2. It seems to be gentle on the skin! The smooth, hydrating application makes it feel really soft and comfortable. 3. The tea tree ingredient is great for acne-prone skin, so I felt more at ease using this compared to regular sunscreens. 4. The packaging is beautiful! The soft green color, reminiscent of fresh leaves, looks clean and is easy on the eyes.
ConsI was quite satisfied with how it applies and the packaging, so I don't have any particular complaints. However, since I've only used it for two weeks, I might need more time to fully assess its effects.

This Mediheal sunscreen fits the bill perfectly! I knew Mediheal was famous for their sunscreens, but this one absorbs so well and doesn't interfere with applying makeup afterwards. It evens out my skin tone without any white cast, and best of all, it doesn't cause any tingling or burning sensation on my face!
ConsThere weren't any downsides! I think the best part is that it's free from colorants and harmful ingredients.
TipI recommend applying this after properly prepping your skin. If your base skincare is too watery, it might cause some pilling. For best results, make sure your toner or essence is fully absorbed before applying this sunscreen.

Unlike some sunscreens that can look messy and get stuck in pores, this one applies evenly without pore-clogging (which is important to me). ✔️Non-irritating sunscreen As a big fan of Mediheal's tea tree masks, I tried this without worry. True to Mediheel's reputation, it's all about tea tree! My sensitive skin usually breaks out with unsuitable sunscreens, but this product was gentle and comfortable to use. ✔️Non-drying sunscreen Despite the slight white cast, which usually leads to dryness, this product wasn't drying at all! It's definitely a soothing sunscreen. It absorbs quickly, which is great. Even with my combination dehydrated skin lacking inner moisture, I didn't experience any dryness. ✔️Moderate brightening effect While it has a brightening effect, it doesn't make you excessively pale or ashy! There's a slight white cast when first applied, but it absorbs really quickly, leaving a nice, even skin tone. Some brightening products can make your face look unnaturally light, but this one is so natural it just makes your complexion look naturally fair.
Cons✔️Slight oiliness Being a moisturizing sunscreen, it inevitably has some oiliness. It's not excessive, but might disappoint those looking for a completely matte sunscreen. ✔️Not recommended for those seeking a dramatic brightening effect The white cast is subtle and natural, so it might not be enough for those who use brightening moisturizers as a substitute for both sunscreen and foundation.
TipIf you dislike the rich feeling, try gently blotting your face with a tissue after applying the sunscreen. This will remove excess oil and make it feel lighter on your skin.

If I use a product that's too dry, my U-zone gets tight and flaky, while using oily products makes my T-zone excessively greasy and prone to blemishes. That's why I'm always extra careful when choosing products, so please keep this in mind. Texture: The consistency is just right - not too runny or too thick. It spreads easily without clumping or feeling stiff, allowing for even application. Initially, there's a slight stickiness, but once absorbed, it leaves no tacky feeling. It maintains a light richness while finishing with a soft, powdery feel. Scent: It has a subtle, almost unscented fragrance that's pleasant and non-intrusive to use. Hydration: As a big fan of Mediheal's Tea Tree mask pack (my summer essential), I had high hopes for this soothing sunscreen, and it didn't disappoint. The cooling hydration upon application is wonderful. Thanks to the tea tree ingredient known for its soothing properties, it felt gentle even on sensitive skin days, causing no irritation or blemishes. White cast and eye irritation (typical sunscreen concerns): At first, it seemed to leave a white cast, but after absorption, it wasn't severe. It actually provided a subtle brightening effect, evening out my complexion by about half a shade. As for eye irritation, it was fine on good eye days, but on days when my eyes were sensitive due to dryness, there was a slight stinging sensation.
ConsDryness and oiliness: As someone with combination dehydrated skin lacking moisture, I felt increasing dryness over time. Also, while it didn't feel oily to the touch, there was a visible shine that I found slightly disappointing. It appeared glowy on the surface, but felt dry underneath, which was a bit of a letdown.
TipLightly moisturize underneath: Since this product feels rich, if you over-moisturize underneath, your makeup might pill later. For those with combination dehydrated skin like mine, it's best to use a light moisturizer. Instead of a heavy cream, try an emulsion or a lightweight yet hydrating product for better compatibility with this sunscreen.

Sunscreens can often be thick and heavy, but this soothing sunscreen lived up to its name, applying like a hydrating moisturizer. Personally, I'm not a fan of sunscreens with heavy white cast, but this one had minimal white cast and didn't sting my eyes. While it might not provide the coverage some people look for in a sunscreen, it's great to apply before makeup. The scent is so mild it's unlikely to be polarizing. As someone with dry skin who struggles with pilling or thick sunscreens, I found this moisturizing and non-suffocating - it seems perfect for those with super sensitive skin!
ConsIf there's a downside, I didn't feel like this product was particularly exceptional. It's more... adequate, if that makes sense?
