Pros
I used to use both the normal and dry skin types together, and I found that either one worked similarly well for me. Since I'm not sensitive, I couldn't really tell the difference..
Cons
I'm a bit disappointed that there wasn't as much lather. I must have only been using the products with really rich foaming.

■ It's great that there are no harmful ingredients! :) I have seborrheic dermatitis, so I checked the ingredients and applied for the event. After using some products with not-so-great ingredients, my scalp would sometimes get itchy, but this product was fine. ■ Before using, my scalp was very itchy and I had a lot of dandruff. As soon as I received the product from being selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I used it almost every day. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it seems like the dandruff has decreased a bit, and lately I've been scratching my scalp less. (But I'm not sure if it's the shampoo's effect or if it's because I've been managing my diet in other ways...haha)

Pros
When I first opened it, the refreshing pine scent was a bit strong, but as time passed, I got used to it and it was nice and subtle. I washed my hair with this shampoo once a day, and there was no greasy feeling until the evening, and the scalp odor was much weaker than usual. (I'm a person with extremely oily skin and seborrheic dermatitis, and I wash my hair twice a day. The scalp odor is so severe that I can smell it myself in the afternoon.) After not washing my hair for two days, I tried it out and it did a great job of removing the greasiness and hair odor.
Cons
My hair length is a little past my shoulder blades, and I need to pump the shampoo twice to get a rich lather.
