I tend to have issues with makeup settling into lines around my philtrum and under my lips, so I usually apply only a small amount of base there. When I tried using a spatula, my lack of technique made it look a bit patchy in those areas. Also, because it adheres so well, it sets quickly. You need to pat it in rapidly after application, so you need fast hands and some skill.

I use shade 21 or the slightly lighter 22, and when applied thinly, it looks so natural - just like my own skin. I think I'll really enjoy using this. It has better coverage than expected, applies in a thin layer, and doesn't look cakey, which is great.

Just apply toner once and then put this on right away. Highly recommended for those with combination skin! But I'd suggest getting a slightly lighter shade. This product is seriously incredible!

- It's not thick. At first, I thought I bought the wrong one because it's quite fluid.
It adheres well to the skin when applied.

- I'm around shade 21, which is quite dark, but this works perfectly for me! They'll match the shade to your skin tone at the store, so I recommend taking the time to test it out.

- I have dehydrated, oily skin. Thicker formulas tend to slide and settle into my pores. As I mentioned, this one is fluid, so it applies nicely, and the finish is a semi-matte, powdery look.

2. Amount
- The quantity may seem small, but I used this for a year before the expiration date. I've used up a whole bunch of foundations before, but this one lasted me a long time.

I don't think there are any more pros to add about the skin expression. If you have a similar dehydrated, oily skin type like me, just go ahead and purchase it.
