It doesn't seem to have a strong calming effect. I may have had overly high expectations.

It doesn't cause any irritation, but it's a bit heavy to use as a toner replacement.
When I apply it under my makeup or before using a serum, it doesn't seem to absorb well.
I think it might work better as a face mask.
