It was good that it was fragrance-free and slightly acidic I liked that it didn't have an overly squeaky clean feeling The best part was that my hands didn't get as dry even though I wash them frequently!
Cons
The concern is that I'm not sure if all the foam has been rinsed off Even after rinsing several times, there's a slight residual feeling, which is disappointing

It's mildly acidic and the other ingredients are also good, so there are hardly any drying, itchy, or stinging symptoms compared to regular soap. It seems to have better cleansing power than other mildly acidic soaps, so I'm satisfied and continue using it.
Cons
Since it's mildly acidic, you do have to rinse your hands a little longer with water. But since the ingredients are good, I continue using it even though it's a bit inconvenient. And I prefer refills to minimize plastic use, but refills are sometimes available and sometimes not. It would be great if refills were sold more consistently.

✔ Convenience I switched from soap to this hand wash and it's so convenient! 😍 Just a single pump and it comes out as a lather, making it easy to use! That's why I find myself washing my hands more often now, haha. ✔ Hygiene With bar soap, there would often be soap scum buildup on the holder, but with this hand wash, there's none of that, so it feels very hygienic! ✔ Mild Acidity Bar soaps tend to be more alkaline, but this hand wash is mildly acidic! The mild acidity means it doesn't lather up as much as bar soap, but it leaves my hands feeling more moisturized. ✔ Refillable At first, I was worried the bottle would be bad for the environment compared to bar soap. 😂 But since it's refillable, I can use the same bottle for a long time, which is better for the environment.
Cons
✔ Dryness My hands do still feel a bit dry...! It's less drying than bar soap, but in my case, especially in the winter or during seasonal changes, I still need to apply hand cream. ✔ Bottle The pump bottle makes me wonder if I'll be able to use up all the product inside.

The ingredients are good. I bought it because it was mildly acidic, but my hands were cracking a lot and getting dry from washing them with soap a lot.

I tend to wash my hands frequently, and even though I do so, I don't feel as much dryness, perhaps because it's mildly acidic. It's also unscented, which makes it great for use in the kitchen!! The large volume also means it lasts a long time for the whole family to use ㅎㅎㅎ
Cons
When I try to refill it after finishing the product, the cap is sometimes too tightly sealed, making it really difficult to open ㅠㅠ It seems like all the foam containers have this issue, and the pump part also seems to break easily...Other than the container, I don't have any other complaints ㅎㅎㅎ
