All Nightingale products are gentle and nice, but the Cica Toner was especially hydrating. It leaves a clean finish... The color is also pretty, which I liked. It pairs well with the ampoule from the same line, making them great to use together. Even if you just pour some onto your palm and apply it haphazardly, your skin immediately feels moisturized. It's wonderfully hydrating! The water-based formula is great for layering multiple times. I wish it came in a larger size. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.
