Initially applies smoothly and feels moisturizing 2. Has a slightly thicker consistency than a light emulsion, more like a cream with a bit of viscosity 3. Provides a natural, subtle brightening effect 4. Offers decent sun protection 5. Suitable for daily use 6. Seems to have a good oil and moisture balance for dry skin types
Cons-- Disadvantages -- 1. Contains one ingredient that may not be ideal for oily skin 2. Might feel a bit too rich for those with oily skin 3. Didn't cleanse off completely when removing 4. Feels more oil-based than hydrating 5. Not recommended for those seeking a dramatic brightening effect

I don't usually get blemishes and my skin isn't particularly sensitive. Texture: It's as smooth as a moisturizing emulsion, not thick like typical sunscreens! It absorbs and spreads well, making it comfortable to apply. Great as a makeup base, and it adheres well without pilling under makeup. Feel: Being a mineral sunscreen, I wasn't worried about eye irritation. Despite being mineral-based, it's not dry or pasty. (Personally, I found this slightly disappointing) It's so easy to apply generously, even down to the neck! The balance of hydration and richness gives skin a natural, glowing finish. As I have combination skin, there's a bit of oiliness over time, but no dryness, which is great. Comparison: I've been using just sunscreen without makeup lately, specifically the Plant Base tone-up sunscreen. This product felt even gentler on my skin. Ingredients: True to mineral sunscreens, it uses zinc and titanium for UV protection, which is gentle on the skin. The blend of other ingredients is also good, suggesting it should be non-irritating for most users.
ConsAs someone who uses sunscreen alone without makeup, I'm personally disappointed that this mineral sunscreen doesn't provide any tone-up effect. Due to its combination of hydration and richness, I think it might cause excessive oiliness over time for those with oily skin types.

Brightening effect: It gives a radiant look to the skin. The effect is just right, not too intense. No blemishes: I didn't experience any breakouts while using this product.
ConsHydration: The moisturizing effect is weak. Maybe because I have combination dehydrated skin, but after a while, my skin feels slightly dry. Oiliness: When applied evenly on the skin, it feels a bit more rich than hydrating.

The texture is like whipped cream - I couldn't believe it was a mineral sunscreen! I usually use Dr. O's mineral sunscreen, which has a slightly thicker consistency, but this one has a creamy texture that spreads easily. Typically, mineral sunscreens need to be patted in, but the smooth texture of this one made it easy to apply. 📌 Feel on the Skin: During the changing seasons, my skin had been acting up for about a month. Even with my usual products, my skin was breaking out, getting blemishes with heavy moisturizing, and developing dry patches and visible pores with lighter hydration. It was chaos! But since testing this product, the sunscreen's balance of oil and moisture allowed me to keep my skincare routine light while maintaining hydration all day without any deep dryness. (This also helped calm my skin.) I usually use about two finger-lengths of sunscreen. White cast is often a big issue with mineral sunscreens, so it's always my top priority when choosing one. This product has minimal white cast by my standards, so it didn't interfere with makeup application and didn't cause any pilling or flaking. 📌 Unique Mineral Sunscreen Properties: Usually, when using chemical sunscreens while driving, I can feel the heat and irritation from sunlight coming through the side window. Even some mineral sunscreens with minimal white cast can be irritating, making me doubt their sun protection. However, the Cynic Mild Sunscreen didn't cause any irritation even on recent sunny days, making it a trustworthy product for future use. The price is reasonable too. I plan to purchase it again when I finish this one :)
ConsIt seems to have a higher oil content than water content. Those who prefer matte makeup or during summer might want to use a lighter base skincare routine with this.
