Pros
The cooling sensation was nice, and after cleansing my face, using it made the heat go down, which was great. My skin is quite sensitive, but it was so gentle that there was no irritation, and I was very satisfied. The amount of ampoule and pads was generous, and I used them well. The absorption was fast, and my makeup applied well!!
Cons
There were no particular disappointments, but I think the ampoule dried up because the lid was not closed properly. So I have a memory of being able to use only one ampoule before it dried up and I had to throw it away.

It's great that physical exfoliation is not necessary, and just wiping it on is enough for managing dead skin.
Cons
Due to the nature of the pads, they tend to dry out if not used quickly. That was a bit disappointing. Tearing them open makes them easier to use up faster!

Pros
My skin gets extremely dry, but after using the pad for 5-10 minutes and then doing my makeup, the makeup applies so well and looks great!! Even when I'm feeling tired, using it makes my skin look refreshed and hides any signs of fatigue, so it's a wonderful product!!
Cons
I tried to use it sparingly since there were only a few left, but then it all dried up and I couldn't use it anymore :(

Pros
The product is quite decent, but it's really annoying when the tweezers fall off the lid. However, this one has a built-in tweezers holder, which is great. It contains Babassu and Pahae ingredients, so I can't use it on my retinol-sensitive face, but I use it as a spot treatment here and there, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and nice. Compared to other body pads, this one is on the gentler side.
Cons
Nowadays, there are a lot of larger-sized pads available, but this one is just average~a bit on the smaller side. It also has a slight soapy scent, which some may or may not like. I'm not a fan of the scent. And the pad seems to dry out a bit faster than others.

I managed to buy it at a discounted price, but it's not particularly cheap. Someone said they found their life's purpose after using this, so I tried it out, but... I thought it would be amazing, but...
Cons
The pads are thick and small. And they irritate my skin every time I wipe with them. After cleansing, I wipe with the pad and throw it away, then put on a new one like a skin pack. But even though they say it's replenished with essence, it dries out quickly and leaves my skin feeling dehydrated. The jelly pads from other brands are much softer and more moisturizing. I have no intention of repurchasing this.

Pros
I've been using this product for about 4-5 years even before the renewal! As a user with sensitive and severely dry skin prone to eczema, even a slight mismatch can cause a breakout of milia and my skin can get irritated. But this product works well for me - it helps with exfoliating and keeps my skin moisturized! I think this version is even gentler than the original red one.
Cons
After the renewal, the lid opens more easily and I can use it without the applicator, but I actually find it a bit more inconvenient. The lid doesn't seem to seal as well, so the pads seem to dry out faster than the pre-renewal version. I wish they would go back to the old version.
Tip
It's too much of a hassle to do a full face mask, but this is perfect for just applying a pad to my cheeks when I need some extra moisture before makeup. It's also great to use after washing my hair.
