This is an honest review from one of The Hwahae Testers! 

My skin type:
     Extremely dry + Prone to heat sensitivity + Allergic reactions
     Unfortunately, I have sensitive skin with all the worst conditions :(

What I liked:
     First off, I'm the type whose dead skin cells appear in real-time when my skin gets dry,
     so I pay extra attention to hydration in my skincare routine!
     That's why it's super important that makeup doesn't pill, 
     and this product doesn't pill at all. Even when patted on,
     it provides sufficient coverage and gives a foundation-like effect!

     Since I have extremely dry skin, using powder usually dries me out immediately,
     so I typically only use it for touch-ups.
     However, this product is different from others. It has a button to control 
     the amount of foundation, so it's not stiff. If you apply a generous amount,
     even those with extremely dry skin like me can easily use it!

I loved that this product applies smoothly without any pilling, even when applied haphazardly without any special techniques.

It doesn't cover pores or blemishes at all. It's important to understand that this isn't your typical cushion product before purchasing. Other than that, it could become a cushion I use regularly.

- Barely any transfer even when wearing a mask
- Not drying, so it should be perfect for this fall and winter
- You can visibly see the skin becoming noticeably brighter
- Before using, I thought it might flake off or transfer, but it stayed put for 12 hours without touch-ups (the way it wore off was actually pretty, and my skin looked even better afterwards)

- As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I prefer moisturizing products, and I loved how hydrating this was.

Interestingly, my complexion seems to get more radiant as time passes.

- The cushion is half perforated and half regular puff-shaped, which I love! Using the perforated side applies the product smoothly without any pilling.
- The compact design is gorgeous! It has a star pattern with a subtle holographic-like effect (though not quite holographic). Simply beautiful.
- The container has a button on the side that dispenses the foundation, which is very hygienic. However, sometimes it's a bit tricky - either not much comes out or too much is released.

3. Blemishes: 
- Not sure if it's the great ingredients or my resilient skin, but I experienced zero blemishes! With consistent use, I even noticed my skin tone becoming brighter.

I like to do a 5-minute sheet mask, then apply sunscreen followed by moisturizer. When I use this cushion after that routine, it adheres beautifully to my skin, leaving it hydrated and creating a flawless makeup base.

It would be nice if it came with a puff. It's a bit awkward to buy the puff separately, so it would be great if it came as a set with the refill. Also, if you apply your toner and emulsion well, there's no pilling.

It absorbs well without pilling, which is great for the skin. The shade matches perfectly, whether you choose 23 or 21, and the cushion itself looks clean and beautiful. I always use the same cushion, and this one applies smoothly without caking, with excellent staying power.

There's hardly any coverage. You can't use this as a CC cushion or foundation. It feels more like applying a brightening moisturizer or sun powder. It should be used as a base rather than a finishing product. I think they should rebrand it as a makeup base rather than a compact.

The moisturizing effect and absorption were excellent. I could feel the hydration lasting all day long. This product seems great for those days when you're not doing a full face of makeup, but just want to apply something light to your skin, similar to how you'd use sunscreen. And I absolutely adore the puff! It's so good that I'd consider buying it separately. It seems perfect for smooth application.

✔️Unlike regular compacts, this one dispenses product when you press the right side. To prevent splattering and control the amount, try placing the puff on top while pressing.

✔️I consider coverage essential for compacts, but this one lacks in that department, so a concealer is a must. It's suitable for a glowy, natural makeup look or as a substitute for sun cushion.

You need to press the right side to dispense the product, but it can easily splatter and stain clothes if pressed incorrectly. It's also difficult to control the amount, so I found the case design disappointing.

The coverage is practically non-existent. It barely conceals blemishes, so you'll need a separate concealer. If not, I'd recommend using it for a light, natural makeup look.

✔️Brightness
I usually use shade 21, but this shade 21 was too dark for me. My face looked darker than my neck, so those who prefer lighter 21 shades might be disappointed.

✔️Absorbs well
True to its name as a 'glow pact', it gives a subtle glow when applied without emphasizing dead skin cells.

✔️Lasting power
I received shade 21, which was slightly darker than my usual 21. However, it didn't oxidize or turn ashy over time, which was great.

✔️Hygiene
Unlike regular compacts where the sponge gets contaminated with foundation, this one dispenses small amounts when pressed, making it more hygienic.

As mentioned earlier, because it gives such a natural finish, the coverage is quite light. I've included comparison photos (removed). The brightening moisturizer seems to provide slightly better coverage. Considering my darker skin tone, those with fairer skin might not see a dramatic brightening effect. Also, if you're not into the natural makeup look like I am, you might be a bit disappointed. But personally, I'm satisfied with this product!

Summary: I highly recommend this for a no-makeup makeup look or bare-faced style! It's perfect for young students who aren't allowed to wear makeup at school. Here's why it's great:

My skin type: My U-zone is neither dry nor oily, but my T-zone is slightly oily. My skin produces sebum easily - if I skip double cleansing for just one day, my skin reacts immediately. So I have quite sensitive skin.

Shade: My skin tone is around 24-25. I prefer a natural look, so I usually use 24-25, but sometimes I'll use 23 if I want a brighter appearance.

Application: This product isn't greasy or drying on my skin. In fact, it's quite hydrating. Unlike other brightening moisturizers, it doesn't emphasize texture or look cakey. At first, I was skeptical about how one shade could work for different skin tones, but I was pleasantly surprised. It gives a 'your skin but better' look - natural yet subtly brighter. It definitely makes your complexion more radiant and minimizes the appearance of pores. I usually avoid foundation or cushions because I prefer a natural look, but this product doesn't make my skin look artificial at all. It's perfect for that bare-faced or effortlessly chic look we all love! 

As a bonus, it didn't cause any blemishes or irritation, which is great for sensitive skin like mine. Just make sure to cleanse thoroughly!

If you apply this over sunscreen, it naturally evens out your skin tone. It's slightly rich, which should be good for keeping your skin hydrated too.

I wish the puff was a bit thinner. It seems to be absorbing too much of my product.

I have super sensitive, oily skin that's always parched. Usually, I just apply sunscreen and give up on makeup. Most compact powders I've tried were too cakey and thick, so I'd buy and toss... But this product is worth trying! Compared to other compacts, it applies lightly and thinly, giving a soft, blurred effect. While other products can make my skin break out in hives, this one's fine. It's perfect for a light application!

I wondered why there was only one shade, but after applying it, I understood. Not only does it lack coverage, but it's as if you haven't applied anything at all. While it's hydrating, it's excessively shiny and feels sticky, which makes me hesitant to apply it. It's like putting lip balm on your face. Maybe it would be good for those with very dry skin? I might feel it's not great because I have oily skin. Still, for me, there's really nothing positive to say about it.

The case is sturdy and it has a separate button. The SPF is also high. It seems like it's meant to be used as a base rather than on its own. It's incredibly hydrating. When I apply this and then put foundation on top, it doesn't flake and absorbs well. It's also good for a natural, effortless look.
