I originally switched from a large bottle of perfumed shampoo to this one in preparation for summer, but using this alone causes blemishes on my scalp. Even when I'm extra careful about rinsing, I can't prevent a few painful spots from appearing. My scalp feels more sensitive than usual. Right after washing, my scalp feels a bit stiff and clean, but as time passes, I oddly feel like there's more oiliness compared to when I used the perfumed shampoo.

Even with a small amount, it lathers well and has a clean, pleasant scent. The formula is transparent with a consistency that's not too thick.

At first, I wasn't sure if it was cleaning properly since it didn't feel as squeaky, but ever since I started using it, my boyfriend can't stop nuzzling the top of my head!

Soak your scalp in warm water, do an initial shampoo, then follow with the main wash.

However, you'll need to use a separate product for hair conditioning. It's absolutely necessary! My wavy hair was quite frizzy after using just this.

The gentle cooling effect lasts, which I love. Some menthol products are too strong for daily use, but this shampoo is perfect for summer. Compared to the Polygen line from the same company, it clearly focuses more on cleansing, yet feels gentle enough for regular use without any notable irritation.

It doesn't over-cleanse or leave my scalp feeling tight and dry. Even if you don't have an oily scalp, it could be great to keep on hand for a weekly deep cleanse.

Compared to lines like Rausch Seaweed, it lathers much better and has that nice cooling effect. Both have satisfactory cleansing power.

So, I ordered Dr. For Hair's Phyto Fresh. Trusting the brand, I simply switched the product line. Thanks to its menthol ingredient, it provides a refreshing coolness and effectively removes all traces of oil. As someone with dry skin, I found it almost too cleansing. This shampoo seems determined to eliminate any hint of oil from the hair. My husband loves it so much that he uses it exclusively now. Despite lacking anti-hair loss properties, he can't give up the cooling sensation. The red line anti-hair loss shampoos I've stocked up on are now mine to use.

I saw this on YouTube and tried it - if you exfoliate with water and massage with a scalp brush, it feels even more refreshing and the effects last even longer!!!
