Skin type: Oily, blackheads, visible pores. Acne-prone when using rich products. Pros: Every summer, my skin would go haywire due to excess oil... This year was worse than ever, and no skincare seemed to help. I bought so many highly-rated products from Inkey, Hanyul, The Lab by Blanc Doux, etc., but nothing worked. I was even starting to develop folliculitis. Then I saw a YouTube video about this cream that controls oil, has cica ingredients, and repairs the skin barrier. I bought it thinking, 'Let's give it one more try...' As someone with oily skin, I always check for pore-clogging ingredients, and this one had none, which made me trust it more! Day 1: Wasn't sure if it suited me, but when I woke up, there was noticeably less oil. Usually, my nose would be drowning in sebum, but it was much better! After a few more days, my large blemishes started to calm down, and the small bumps on my forehead and temples smoothed out. The rough texture I used to feel when washing my face disappeared. The more I used it, the more I could feel my oil production being regulated. Most importantly, I was moved to see my previously irritated skin visibly calming down. While it's not 100% recovered, I think consistent use will lead to even better results! I'm thrilled to have found my holy grail cream. Texture: It's a gel-like consistency similar to Dr.G Soothing Cream. It absorbs lightly, feeling like it's replenishing moisture without any oiliness. Other: I really dislike jar packaging for creams as I think it's unhygienic. This cream comes in a hygienic tube, which I'm very satisfied with!
Cons
As someone with oily skin, I didn't experience any deep dryness, but those with dry skin might find it too light and not moisturizing enough. Even though I have oily skin, I actually prefer slightly richer textures. With its soothing cream texture, it might feel a bit light if used alone in the dead of winter.
Tip
My skin seemed quite sensitive, so I only used a low pH cleanser in the morning, and in the evening, I used a mildly alkaline Dokdo toner followed by this Physiogel Cica Balance Cream.

I bought this because I was worried about my makeup becoming patchy and breaking down due to excess oil in summer. It definitely controls excess sebum well, and I noticed a difference in both the time it takes for oil to surface and the amount of oil produced after applying makeup.

For my combination dehydrated skin, it's too drying. The deep dryness is intense. Everything else is good except for the dryness, but the severe deep dryness makes it unusable for me.

It was pretty decent while I was using it, didn't cause any issues, so I think I went through about 5 bottles

However, it doesn't really tackle deep dryness. And even after exfoliating, there's still some pilling

Excellent for #oil control #soothing #recommended for sensitive combination skin While it feels slightly heavy when applying, it spreads well and finishes with a powdery feel. It's surprisingly lightweight and fresh despite seeming heavy at first. With niacinamide high up in the ingredient list, it seems to effectively control sebum. Unlike other products where my T-zone gets oily before lunchtime, this cream significantly delays oil production, which I love. It also provides basic soothing effects! Contains ceramide NP, which is great for the skin barrier. It's a perfect product with amazing oil control while also supporting soothing and barrier function.
Cons
Those experiencing deep dryness might find it lacking in that area. It provides hydration to the outer and middle layers of skin, but since it's a powdery type that also controls oil, you'll need to supplement with toners and serums that can deeply hydrate. And the price... I'm just waiting for it to go on sale again.
