While Sheer Glow sometimes looked dry unless it was summer, this product seemed to stop just short of that point. I prefer semi-matte or semi-glow types because fully glow products, though moisturizing, don't last long. This one hits the sweet spot for me. True to Nars style, it's not overly moisturizing. Honestly, for my dry skin, it's almost semi-matte among semi-glows, but it still has a subtle radiance. It gives an 'Inner Glow' that's matte but moisturized - less of an all-over sheen and more of a subtle sparkle. It's beautiful. Unlike Sheer Glow where you had to buy the pump separately, this one has an integrated pump and a cap that fits well. Is that even a plus? Wasn't it Sheer Glow that had the issue? Anyway, that's how it is.
ConsWhile Sheer Glow could cover most redness and dark circles without concealer, this product doesn't have such high coverage. I found using concealer unavoidable. It has a definite pink undertone, so applying a moderate amount gives a bright look. However, it absolutely doesn't cover blemish redness. If you try to build it up to cover more, you might end up looking too pink. It transfers onto masks quite badly.

I've always loved the NARS foundation shades, but the stearic acid always gave me blemishes. Just when I was about to give up on finding the right foundation, I discovered this gem with great ingredients. It doesn't cause any blemishes at all, and thanks to its skincare ingredients, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. The shade is beautiful, needless to say. Please, please don't discontinue this product! I'd love to see it in cushion form too.
ConsSince it's a moisturizing foundation, it does transfer a bit onto masks. You'll need to touch up your makeup frequently.
