Reason for purchase: I noticed a significant increase in dandruff, so I bought this product. With my dyed hair, I could see dandruff on the parts that weren't fully colored every time I ran my fingers through it, which was really bothersome. Plus, the smell from my scalp... it was concerning. I also had some scalp heat issues. I didn't want to use anti-dandruff shampoo because it makes my hair too stiff. Since this product can be used before shampooing, I decided to give it a try!

Review after use: First, you apply it directly to the scalp before shampooing and massage it in thoroughly with your fingers. It doesn't lather much, but you can feel it working due to its unique cooling sensation. The dandruff has significantly decreased, haha! As for the scalp odor... I'm not sure if there's been a change. Same goes for the scalp heat... hard to tell. But I'm quite satisfied with the reduction in dandruff! I no longer feel embarrassed or worried when running my fingers through my hair.

It's expensive... the portion is too small, so it's empty in about 5-6 weeks...ㅠ

After spending around 3-4 million won on a scalp clinic for 9 months due to dandruff and hair loss, I've seen significant improvement. Now, I want to manage it more affordably on my own. I've tried all the dandruff care products at Olive Young and various online dandruff care products, and have settled on this one. Other scaling products left behind itchiness and flaky skin under my nails, but this one doesn't have those issues, and I've been using it consistently. I wanted to find a more affordable option, so I tried around 10 other products before settling on this one. Now, I've used over 20 bottles of it.

I don't use it every day, but I apply it when it seems like there are a lot of sebum granules accumulating on my scalp.

The formula is thick and creamy like an ampoule, so you need to squeeze it with some force when applying it.
However, the formula does not run down, which could be an advantage for some people.

I'm leaving this review because I'm wondering why there aren't more reviews on this product. I've been struggling with the occasional scalp odor and oiliness, and even after thoroughly washing with a sebum-control shampoo and drying my hair carefully, the issue hasn't been resolved.
I didn't want to use products with granules as I was concerned about irritation, and while other non-granular products from other brands were effective, they also made my hair feel slippery and the effects didn't last long.
But when I started using this product, the hormonal odor went away and my scalp felt thoroughly cleansed, which I'm really happy about. I think using it once a week would be just right. I recommend this for oily scalps.
