While it's not a watery formula, it feels slightly moisturizing when applied. The texture is similar to foundation with a touch of cream mixed in. I'm sticking with this for my complexion now - it's perfect for a foundation-free look. If you have dry skin, it might feel a bit dehydrating. Keep in mind that despite being a sunscreen, it can sometimes pill like foundation, so that's something to be aware of. Mixing this brightening moisturizer sunscreen with Plant Nation's Vitality Tone-Up Hydrating Sun Cream creates a beautiful skin finish! I have oily skin and find foundation too heavy, so I mainly use brightening moisturizers with SPF. In summer, I use it alone, but during seasonal changes or winter, my skin gets dry, so I apply a hydrating sunscreen first and then lightly layer Plant Nation's product for evening out my skin tone. If you have dead skin cells or apply too much, it can pill and feel grainy, so I recommend applying it gently with light, patting motions.

It seems okay if you use it without thinking too much about it... It tends to emphasize dead skin cells a bit. There's also quite a bit of pilling, unfortunately.

The lightweight formula feels refreshing on the skin. Among brightening moisturizers with a natural white cast, this was the most satisfying. It's a shame it's been discontinued. I have blemish-prone skin that tends to develop small bumps, but this product didn't cause any breakouts. It's moderately hydrating, making it perfect for winter use. If you apply too much, it can pill and doesn't absorb well. I bought this as a cover sunscreen, and it seems gentle, which is typical for Plant Base products! It absorbs well and is easy to apply with a puff in small amounts. The shade doesn't quite match my complexion. Great coverage that can replace foundation! Apply with a cushion puff Feels dry and patchy without proper skincare. Starts to separate around the nose area over time
