I've been consistently using this product since 2024, and I'm currently on my fourth bottle. From the very first use, despite it being winter, this life-changing ampoule kept my extremely dry skin moisturized without any dryness. It's truly a godsend for my dehydrated skin! The only downside is the volume... Please make a larger size... It runs out so quickly... The high panthenol content makes it incredibly rich and absorbs instantly! It seems to work wonders for blemishes. For those with dry skin, this ampoule has a rich, bouncy texture. Its high panthenol content is great for calming blemishes and soothing redness when your skin feels hot or irritated. At night, it might seem a bit oily, but by morning, it's fully absorbed without any stickiness. While it's suitable for dry or combination dehydrated skin, the formula might be too heavy for oily skin types. It feels a bit thick for summer use. The texture is quite rich and bouncy. I use the entire Dermafirm line - their multi-purpose toner, Green Cica ampoule, Panthenol ampoule, and cream before bed. Nothing beats this for strengthening the skin barrier. When I apply it generously at night for intensive care, my skin feels amazing the next morning. You don't realize how much you need it until it's gone. This serum really pulls its weight as an effective treatment. If the dropper could reach the bottom better, we'd be able to use every last drop.

While other products were moisturizing and nice, Dermafirm stood out because it never feels sticky, no matter how much you apply or reapply. With its high panthenol content, it keeps skin hydrated and comfortable. The only downside is always the quantity. We desperately need a larger size! This product worked really well for me - it kept my skin moisturized without causing any blemishes. When I buy skincare, my biggest concern is avoiding breakouts, so I was thrilled that this didn't cause any. It might feel a bit sticky at first, but it doesn't cause any pilling with makeup and keeps dryness at bay. There's not really anything I dislike about it... except maybe the price? I bought this because of the 3-piece set promotion for 9900 won, perfect for first-time users. The travel-sized packaging was absolutely adorable. It's just 3 items... but that's all you need to tackle dryness and soothe the skin, making my complexion feel incredibly comfortable. With 30% panthenol, the emulsion has a rich texture but absorbs well, eliminating any deep dryness and leaving my skin feeling wonderfully at ease. It's a bit pricey for a repurchase, and the volume is quite small. I wish they offered a larger size option. As someone with very dry skin, I didn't find it heavy at all. It's best to apply it in multiple thin layers rather than all at once. It gives a beautiful glow! No downsides for me, but those without very dry skin might find it a bit rich. It's sticky, but it really helps with deep dryness. My skin feels comfortable. In winter, when I go outside, my skin usually gets dry quickly, but with this product, even though it's so sticky that my hair sticks to my face, my skin stays hydrated and resilient. It doesn't cause any blemishes and is truly gentle. Personally, I'm glad it doesn't contain hexanediol. I also use it in the evening with my skincare devices and for special care routines. It's perfect except for the wicked price and the fact that it's too sticky
