I didn't think there were any downsides, but after checking on the Hwahae app, there seems to be an issue with the ingredients.

It seemed to be used quite well~ I've been using it since before the launch as it has almost no scent. The lather also seemed to be good according to my standards.

I used it along with a gel for eczema care, but I didn't see much effect. The baby's eczema was still difficult to manage. As it's a lotion, the moisturizing power seems to be a bit lacking in the winter.

The scent is pleasant, and the texture is smooth and absorbing. When applying it to the baby, it spreads evenly without any slipperiness and absorbs quickly, which is great.

The product comes in a runny liquid form, and personally I prefer a foaming type as I find it more convenient for washing babies. But that's just my preference, and the product itself doesn't have any major problems or downsides.
I do think it might be used up a bit more quickly since it's a liquid formula.
