Moisturizing!!! The formula is like a watery toner, but when you apply it, it has a slightly sticky and bouncy texture. I don't usually use runny watery toners (they're too drying), so the texture felt good to me~ If you apply it a few times or soak a cotton pad with it to use as a toner pack, your skin will become bouncy and it's great to use before makeup 👍 The retinol and collagen really deliver a bouncy finish! I highly recommend this as the first product for dry skin types after cleansing 😍😍 Eco-friendly!! The outer box is made with soy ink printing on recycled paper, and the bottle has a detachable sticker for easy recycling~~
