I'm obsessed with this barrier cream! The sample I received is so gentle and moisturizing, and it worked great for me!! I'm a die-hard tube fan when it comes to creams, and I love that this one comes in a tube. The hygienic packaging is also a huge plus. It has a rich texture but still spreads easily and absorbs really well!! This seems like a great skin barrier-strengthening cream, especially for the changing seasons!

This cream seems to be the fastest at relieving dryness. :) It absorbs smoothly and deeply, and when I apply a couple layers before bed, it really feels like it's building a protective barrier!

Pros
This is a great cream to use these days. It absorbs well and seems to protect the skin barrier. It's been a while since I've used a rich cream like this. I avoided rich creams before because I thought they would clog my pores, but now that I'm older, I don't have a choice. I'm still a bit worried it might cause breakouts.
Cons
There's not much I'm dissatisfied with yet. The only thing is that the price is a bit high.

I'm very satisfied At first, I thought it might be a bit thick, but after spreading it out, I could feel the moisture, and I was worried it might be a bit shiny later, but after patting it a few times and rolling it, it was all absorbed and great.

Just as I was wandering around unable to buy the discontinued Cica AA Treatment Cream, I tried the sample a few times and it was a whole new world! I usually apply it generously at night before bed, and it's like magic - even the sensitive areas that became irritated from using a mask don't get any worse or break out. Even though my skin is oily and sensitive, it absorbs the generous application quickly and feels great. I've settled on using it and have gone through about 5 jars, and it's truly, truly amazing. I was using the Red Calming Cream before, and my face was a mess, but I was barely able to calm it down with the Cica AA Cream. It's so good, but they keep discontinuing it ㅠㅠ My face used to have a full-on acne party, but now it's all gone.
Cons
The lack of a large size is really disappointing. Using it up quickly, the price-to-volume ratio is a bit of a letdown...
Tip
When I had severe cystic acne that was really inflamed, I would extract it and then apply the cream all over, and then add a little more to the specific problem areas. When I woke up the next morning, it was way more calming than using a soothing powder cream - it was like magic!
