The texture is more dense than a water-based toner, and when applied to the skin, it feels moisturizing! Unfortunately, it didn't work well for my sensitive skin. However, the Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner has a more essence-like texture rather than a typical toner, so it has good moisture and adheres well to the skin.
