As someone with super sensitive skin, I usually avoid exfoliation. When applying the oil and rolling initially, if you press a bit too hard, the granules can feel a bit harsh.

The rice powder-like granules effectively remove dead skin cells and don't drip during emulsification, making cleansing much easier.
