Using it about once a month is fine, as it doesn't really enlarge the pores much. The effects seem to vary a little from person to person. I don't have very large pores, so when I use it, about 1-2 large blackheads get extracted, and some smaller ones too. But my mom has slightly larger pores, so a lot more get extracted for her! Since it's a method of extracting sebum, it can be a bit irritating to the skin and may not be the best for the pores, so it's probably best to use it at a relaxed pace like I do.
Cons
While there are no major drawbacks, the Hwahae Trial Reviewer feels that the pore pack is quite stimulating, as it is a pore pack after all.
Tip
You should completely remove any moisture from your hands! Additionally, the outer surface of the nose pack should be thoroughly dried so that it peels off easily.
