I use it morning and evening after cleansing, before the rest of my skincare routine! It's great for smoothing out dead skin cells before applying makeup!

Room for Improvement:
Understandably, given its reasonable price, the pads are on the smaller side. Also, even when the lid is closed, the product leaks if you turn it upside down or on its side. I once had everything in my bag get soaked when I took it on a trip. Still, considering the price and that it doesn't irritate my skin, it's worth using despite these minor drawbacks.

I think this is the best toner pad I've used so far. It's great for combination dehydrated skin and likely good for oily skin types too. It's not sticky at all. I'm on my 5th bottle now. To be honest, part of the reason is that I'm too lazy to try other toner pads. I've tried many before like Pine, Dokdo, Birch, etc., but they were all too rich for me, especially Dokdo.

The built-in tweezers for removing the pads were inconvenient as they wouldn't stay fixed to the lid and would fall onto the pads. Also, it was a bit challenging to take out just one pad at a time... I kept pulling out two or three at once.
