It effectively covers gray hair, leaving minimal color difference between gray and black strands. If applied meticulously, it doesn't leave any patches. While there is a slight scent, it's not overpowering. Although it does damage the hair (especially making it stiff when wet), it seems less damaging than other bubble dyes. From my experience with hair dyes, Ri* was the least damaging, followed by Mi*seen. This product damages hair more than others, but it definitely fades less. Though labeled as Dark Brown, the actual color is closer to a blue-tinted Black. Even the water color when washing hair is more khaki than brown. I appreciate that it's not a reddish-brown, and I liked that it's close to black as I wanted a darker shade.
ConsWhile I actually preferred it, the color is closer to black than brown. It tends to stain the skin easily and is harder to remove compared to other products. It damages the hair, making it very stiff when wet after dyeing.
TipKeep in mind that if you don't have a high percentage of gray hair, it may result in a blue-black shade. Depending on your hair volume, one pack was just right for chest-length hair.
