This toner has an almost water-like consistency with barely any viscosity. As a result, it absorbs incredibly quickly as soon as you apply it to your face! After absorption, there's a slight stickiness, but it's not excessive - it leaves your skin feeling plump, creating a perfect base for makeup. Interestingly, the feel changes slightly with each layer. The first application is fresh with minimal stickiness, though you might still feel some deep dryness. With the second layer, as it absorbs, your skin becomes delightfully plump and makeup-ready! This is when I feel my deep dryness start to disappear. The third layer provides even more definite hydration. By this point, there's almost no deep dryness, leaving only a very slight richness on the face. Overall, it's refreshing and absorbs well, making it perfect for this time of year. Personally, I also loved the fragrance. Being a water-based toner, it doesn't completely eliminate dryness in one go. The price is quite steep... They don't offer discounts often, and since you end up using more product when layering compared to other products, the high price becomes a real issue. 1. Single layer: Great for very oily skin! However, for combination dehydrated or dry skin, the hydration will be woefully inadequate. 2. Double layer: Suitable for makeup application in summer for combination dehydrated skin. Dry skin types might still feel some deep dryness. 3. Triple layer: A more definite feeling of hydration (for combination dehydrated skin). Dry skin types might start to feel some relief at this point. Conclusion: Recommended for oily or combination dehydrated skin. A reliable product. As a water-based toner, it's non-sticky and absorbs quickly, which I appreciated. For dry areas, applying multiple layers helps replenish hydration effectively. Its lightweight texture makes it perfect for layering. Due to its very light consistency, a single application might not be sufficient, even for areas that aren't particularly dry. The scent is lovely! I bought it after hearing great things, and it's pretty good. I've used it for about 3-4 days, and from the day after I started using it, my troubled skin began to improve! While I can't say for certain it's solely because of this product since I switched to several new ones, I believe it's helping because everything seems better. It foams up a bit... It's slightly sticky and leaves a somewhat dry feeling. I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but I noticed some dead skin cells coming up. It's great to use as a toner or applied with a cotton pad. It feels cool and refreshing, leaving your skin hydrated and fresh without any stickiness. The price is way too high! And because it has a watery consistency, you end up using it too quickly. When applied with a cotton pad and left on, it feels cool and works well for calming redness.

I love the cool sensation when applying it. It reduces facial heat and provides a cooling effect, which seems to help the serums and creams applied after toner absorb better! I haven't found any major drawbacks yet, but those with extremely dry skin might find it not moisturizing enough. This toner is perfect for light use during summer. It absorbs cleanly without any sticky feeling. Applying two layers is great for hydration and soothing. It's an exfoliating toner that also works well as a cotton pad mask. I've been consistently applying it to my neck, and I can definitely feel my skin becoming more supple and retaining moisture better. The scent isn't quite to my taste. It reminds me of a mild body odor. It's not overpowering though - you'd have to put some on your hand and really sniff to notice it. The design is luxurious and beautiful. I love the refreshing scent and how it's not sticky at all. When you spray it on your hand before applying, you'll notice some foam. Attention all my fellow combination dehydrated skin sufferers! You absolutely must try this product. It's seriously amazing. Now, I'm a huge fan of basil - I love eating it, especially in pesto, and I adore the scent. So when I heard this had basil in it, I was like, 'Wow, will my skin actually smell like basil?' Curiosity got the better of me, so I gave it a try. Spoiler alert: it doesn't smell like basil at all! But here's why it's fantastic: As someone with combination dehydrated skin, if I don't apply anything after cleansing, my skin feels painfully dry. Then by afternoon, my T-zone turns into an oil slick. This product changed all that! Here's what improved: 1. Using just this toner alone, that tight, dry feeling is gone. 2. The excess oil that usually appears later in the day is significantly reduced. 3. My skin is quite sensitive, and many products make it sting, but this doesn't irritate at all. I'm absolutely in love with this product. I'm actually scared it might be discontinued because it's not super well-known yet. The low pH is truly a game-changer. I'm telling you, it's that good! The price is over 20,000 won for one bottle of toner. My wallet is in a pretty dire state, so I can't afford expensive skincare products. If only it were a bit cheaper, like in the high teens, that would have been perfect. If you want to feel fresh after cleansing, just apply this alone. It can also be used as an exfoliating toner, but I found patting it on with my hands gives the best results.
