Urban &'s design is more unique and special compared to other brands, making it quite memorable. The Quick Toner comes in a 150ml bottle and costs 22,000 won. It's said to refine skin texture, creating a clean canvas that allows subsequent skincare products to absorb quickly and effectively. Being slightly acidic, it's gentle on the skin. The watery texture makes it easy to apply - you can either soak a cotton pad and pat it on your face or lightly smooth it over your skin to refine texture. As it's a 'quick' toner, it seems more focused on managing skin texture, sebum, and dead skin cells rather than intense hydration. It leaves a fresh feeling rather than a moisturized one, making it perfect for hot, sweaty days.

It's quite watery, so it's perfect as an exfoliating toner when you soak a soft cotton pad generously.

In my experience, the hydration doesn't seem to last as long as I'd hoped. Bit of a letdown there.
