For those like me whose lip balm surface has cracked, it's best to apply a clear lip balm first, wait a bit, and then glide this one on smoothly.

- If the lips are a bit dry or have peeling skin, applying the product can create scratches on the surface and sometimes cause clumps to fall off, which is quite heartbreaking..
