Absorption - When I first tested it, I applied too much, but when I spread it thinly in multiple layers, it absorbed quickly! Even in small amounts, it has excellent absorption. Moisturization - I'm currently applying it to specific areas rather than the entire face. For combination dehydrated skin, using it alone might lead to some deep dryness. Recommended skin type - As I often mention in reviews, I recommend this for super sensitive skin and those who don't react well to 'phenoxyethanol'. Also, if tea tree products usually work well for you, definitely try this! It pairs great with Lush's Tea Tree Water product! Packaging - It comes in a tube type, like an ointment that you squeeze out. The volume is 30ml. Scent - It has a subtle, natural fragrance of tea tree leaves with a hint of refreshing lime, which isn't artificial and feels comfortable to use.
ConsAs you use the product more, the ointment tends to flow out of the container, which is typical for this type of packaging. Perhaps they could maintain the design while using a toothpaste-like material for the container? Controlling the amount is crucial! Applying too much can actually cause more blemishes. Try applying small amounts based on your skin type.
TipApply a thin layer and let it absorb fully, then dab some pink powder (the kind used for blemishes) with a cotton swab and gently massage. By the next day, the blemish should be gone! Rather than applying a large amount at once, it's recommended to start with small amounts on specific areas and gradually increase the application area. Don't forget to apply sunscreen!

I've used Wellage Cica Cream and Bioderma Ultra Cream before and thought they were good, but this one was great too!
ConsI initially thought it was fine while using it, but I kept getting blemishes and wondered what the problem was. Turns out the cream didn't suit me. When testing for The Hwahae Testers, I used my usual routine, so it was the cream that didn't work for me. Checking the ingredients, I found retinol and shea butter, which don't agree with my skin, causing painful acne all over my face. I thought it would be safe since it's suitable for acne-prone skin, and I even applied more for soothing when I had breakouts, but it actually made things worse. I should have checked the ingredients more carefully before requesting it. I had such high hopes for this product, so it's disappointing. Also, when using it, I felt it lacked hydration. Even though I have combination-dehydrated skin with deep dryness, using just the cream felt like it only created a moisture barrier without much hydration, so I'll need to add extra hydration separately.

First off, I found the absorption to be excellent! It's not too runny or too thick, but feels like it settles perfectly on the skin. The hydration is also great, so (as someone whose skin tends to feel tight) I think it would be ideal for those with dry skin! The scent is also fragrance-free! There's no artificial smell, so I didn't have any aversion to it.
ConsI have a bit of acne, and somehow after using this product, my acne seemed to flare up a bit more... I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but my skin hadn't been breaking out until now, and it got a bit worse after using this product.

The hydration is fantastic, making it perfect for dry skin all over your body.
ConsUnfortunately, the ingredients didn't agree with my skin. I developed blemishes on my forehead the very next day after using it, so I had to stop for a few days. Both my sister and I have dry skin, and we both experienced breakouts! It might be best suited for those who don't have super sensitive skin.

Cons★ Since this product shouldn't be used with vitamin C-containing products, I had to carefully check the ingredients of my existing skincare items, which was a bit of a hassle. ★ The packaging seems like it might tear with continued use, which is unfortunate. ★ While it helps with existing blemishes when applied all over the face, new ones tend to appear in other areas.
Tip★ I've been using small amounts of this product specifically on areas with acne or scarring. ★ When I added this to my existing skincare routine, my skin felt a bit heavy. So now I apply the Relaxing Cream right after toner, and finish with an emulsion for hydration. ★ For those with dry skin, I recommend using a hydrating toner, followed by the Relaxing Cream, and finishing with an emulsion for moisture.

It's moisturizing and has a nice consistency that makes it easy to apply. The cream absorbs quickly and feels good on the skin. While it's rich, if you apply a thin layer, your skin feels soft to the touch. There's no sticky feeling either. The ingredients are gentle. Although shea butter might be a bit concerning for oily skin types... since it's used in many of the skincare products I'm currently using, I thought it would be fine. It's fragrance-free. I love that it has no scent. Sometimes products claim to be unscented, but you can still smell something if you put your nose right up to it. This one truly has no scent at all, which is great.
ConsSomething's not quite right. While this product is supposed to improve blemishes and marks, it doesn't seem to agree with my skin. I'm getting small bumps in the areas where I apply it. Maybe it's because of the rich texture... Just to be sure, I kept applying it only to the acne scars below my ear and on my jawline, but since using it, that area has developed small bumps and feels rough to the touch. I'm a bit... worried about applying it all over my face. I guess I'll keep using it and see if there's any improvement in the marks, but we'll have to wait and see!
TipTest it on a small area first to check if it suits your skin! Apply a thin layer!

I love how it absorbs so well, leaving no sticky residue. Plus, after application, my skin feels incredibly soft! - Hydration As someone with dry skin, I found it excellent at addressing deep dryness. It provides just the right amount of hydration and richness, leaving a perfect finish that's ideal for my dry complexion. - Fragrance It's fragrance-free! This was my favorite aspect! I usually avoid scented emulsions, so I really appreciated the lack of fragrance. - Effectiveness I started using this emulsion shortly after popping a blemish, and I noticed the redness significantly faded and it helped calm my skin! I even saw some improvement in acne scars on my forehead! With consistent use, I believe it could really help with acne scars and hyperpigmentation. Also, when I apply it before bed, my skin texture is noticeably different the next day! It becomes so much softer and more hydrated, which I absolutely love!
ConsMy sister and I tried it together. While I have dry skin and was very satisfied, my sister, who has oily skin, experienced some excess oil and even developed small bumps the next day. Also, I wish the quantity was a bit more generous and that the packaging was different from the current ointment-style container.
Tip- This product seems particularly well-suited for those with dry skin! - It could be effective for people concerned about acne scars! - If you notice excess oil after application, you might want to blot with oil-absorbing sheets or try applying a thinner layer from the start!

It provides just the right amount of hydration when used moderately. While it might be more suitable for spring and fall, it's not ideal for summer use.
ConsFor summer use, you'll need to apply very sparingly. Unfortunately, it didn't agree with my skin and caused a lot of tiny bumps. I bought it because social media raved about its effectiveness on acne scars, but it actually made my acne worse. My forehead broke out in small bumps, almost like an allergic reaction. It was a complete disaster.
