It can sometimes come out in clumps, so you need to blend it well.

It's a vibrant fluorescent apricot coral color. It's a perfect match for my spring warm skin tone and I love it.

The sheer application makes it great as a base. Applying a bold shade just in the center creates a really pretty look.
The reviewer recommends pairing this with MAC Lady Danger, applying it lightly on top!

The application is a bit oily, one thing to note... There's a bit too much oil. While the reviewer likes oily/blurring tints, the oil content in the Rom&nd product feels slightly excessive? It applies in a slightly creamy, slippery way.
If the tip didn't allow for good control over the application, this would have been a major downside.
And since it applies in a creamy, slippery way, it seems to come off quite easily as well.

If you have very dry lips with a lot of flakiness, I would not recommend this.
It also has a slightly matte finish, so if you don't like that slightly drying feeling on your lips, I would not suggest this either.

As a warm-toned person, the color payoff was not too overwhelming and blended well with my natural skin, which I really liked.
In the winter, I just need to apply a tint and an extra layer of lip balm, and it keeps my lips feeling nice and moisturized!

I absolutely cannot pull off bright pinks, orange corals, or deep reds like ruby.
Toned-down MLBBs or nudes don't suit me either... It seems really hard for my skin type to find the right lip colors. 🥺
I bought this at the Olive Young store, and the product I originally wanted to buy was the must-have item for spring-toned people that I saw at Peripera, but there was this personal lip sample set of Rom&nd tints, and as soon as I saw it, I found the lip color I was looking for!!
That would be the Rom&nd Coral Jubilee.
I'm so glad I bought this, it's just perfect! 🥺 Spring-toned people, you must get this!
This tint isn't too dark, it's a bit powdery but adheres well to the lips, and it seems to get a bit deeper in color over time.
You'll need to control the application amount at first.
I love this so much~~~
