If you apply just a little too much, it tends to settle into creases around the eyes and nose area. Also, there's quite a strong cosmetic scent that's quite noticeable. The texture isn't particularly hydrating or smooth when you apply it - it feels slightly heavy on the skin.

It's not very noticeable in photos, but I love how naturally it brightens my complexion!! At first, it might look a bit too white, but as time passes, it gradually evens out my skin tone in a very natural way.

It really makes your skin feel matte. Even with my usual skincare routine, it feels extremely dry. It's a bit stiff when applying and sets quickly.

It effectively controls excess oil, making it great for those with oily skin. If you have a fair complexion, it provides a natural brightening effect.

It takes quite a while to absorb and dry. The scent is rather strong, which makes me wonder if it's actually good for the skin.

It naturally evens skin tone. After absorption, it leaves a soft, powdery finish that feels great. Makeup tends to stay put without flaking.

The brightening effect seems quite subtle. I use it without expecting much in terms of coverage.

It absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling moisturized. When I wore a mask after applying only this sunscreen, it didn't transfer much.

If you have time, try applying the recommended amount of sunscreen in small portions. After applying and waiting a bit, gently press with a tissue, paper towel, or napkin to reduce the white cast.

Before the pandemic, I only used chemical sunscreens that worked well with foundation as I wore makeup daily. I thought my eye irritation was due to dryness from contact lenses, but I learned it could be caused by sunscreen. Now that I wear a mask and rarely wear makeup, I'm also trying physical sunscreens.

Interestingly, the Scinic Enjoy Safety Mild Sunscreen applies more moisturizing but finishes more powdery, while this product applies stiffer but finishes more moisturizing. It's not the oily moisturizing feel of chemical sunscreens, but a powdery yet moisturizing finish that's good for makeup. Overall, it has a fresh finish.

Similar to typical physical sunscreens. Like a regular cream? Similar to Dr.G Mild Sunscreen, while Hygee Tone-up Sunscreen is more liquid-like and unique. It has a light pink color. They say they added pink vitamin for a lively effect.

Made without ingredients harmful to marine life and with skin-friendly ingredients. The packaging uses soy ink and is FSC certified. I experienced no blemishes or irritation.

This was the best part. As expected, physical sunscreens don't cause eye irritation.

Not the type that easily comes off with foam cleansing. For physical sunscreens, thorough double cleansing is necessary to prevent blemishes.

- I recommend this for those with fair complexions. If you have a darker skin tone, it might be too whitening, so I'd suggest trying the green sunscreen instead.

- It does lighten the face quite a bit, so you need to apply it to your neck to match the tone. I deducted one star because it's a bit too whitening.

- The scent is... not terrible, but not great either. It's just an odd smell. Fortunately, it dissipates quickly after application.

- In my experience, both products have similar application and scent, but the finish on the skin is quite different. The green Mediheal sunscreen provides a more natural tone correction, while the yellow one leaves the face noticeably whiter. With the yellow one, you must apply it to your neck as well to avoid a floating face effect.

- As a sunscreen nomad, I've tried many products, but Mediheal sunscreens impressed me with their thin application yet excellent coverage.

- I apply it using a cushion puff instead of my hands. It adheres well to the skin and has good staying power, but for optimal sun protection, I reapply every 4 hours.

- What I loved most is that it's less rich compared to other products. It doesn't leave a greasy shine but also doesn't feel drying. It's fantastic!

Before applying this sunscreen, try putting on a thin layer of a more moisturizing, oily sunscreen that's usually too heavy to use on its own. Then apply this sunscreen on top. This combination creates the perfect oil and moisture balance. With this method, I found it doesn't settle into creases around the nose either. It might be tough to use alone in winter, but should be fine for summer.

After some time, it tends to settle into the creases around the nose, and my skin felt a bit tingly. I think it might be because it's too drying for my skin. But I've found a solution for this - check out my pro tip below!

The brightening moisturizer effect is definitely there. At first, it might seem alarmingly white, like you've applied too much powder, but it quickly becomes more natural-looking. There's no noticeable darkening, and it's not as drying as I worried it might be. It's decent for a foundation-free look. However, if you're buying this sunscreen specifically to go without foundation, it's just okay. But if you happened to buy it and want to try going foundation-free, it works well. Most importantly, it doesn't cause any blemishes.

If you have dry skin, make sure to apply a hydrating base first! Since it has a matte finish, it might cling to dry patches.

Nothing particularly bad, but I didn't reach for it often as I'm prone to blemishes. If you have clear skin and want a light brightening moisturizer, I'd recommend it!
