The mild essence of Hwahae. I have been using it as a toner, and it is trouble-free, clear, and non-drying, leaving my skin moisturized. It is also quickly absorbed and non-sticky, with no aversion. It also balances the tone and is recommended as a primary skin/toner. It is not drying. Recommended for all skin types.
