  The only positive I can think of is that it's an all-in-one cleansing product. Maybe it's cheap because it comes in a large size?

  I bought this from a home shopping channel, and it's one of those purchases I regret. They call it an oil-to-foam cleanser, but I can't tell which part is supposed to be oil. When applied directly to bare skin, it's so dry that it doesn't roll at all, and I can't even tell if it's removing my makeup. If you're looking for a gentle formula, this is the worst product ever. I have no idea why it's popular or why it's been selling for so long. Sure, it does turn into foam when you add water, but how is that any different from a regular foam cleanser? You're better off double cleansing. I'm not convinced it removes makeup thoroughly, and there's still residue left when I use a toner afterward. That's a clear sign it's not doing its job properly.
