I am someone who has completely damaged my hair. I keep getting perms one after another, and I get perms about 3 times a year, and I hold the hair dryer close to my hair, so the ends of my hair are all split. But I thought this was a rinse, so I used it every day, and my hair texture became heavenly. The good thing about this is that you can wash it off right after applying it!!! I really hate waiting, but with this, there's no need to wait. It just turns into a wet seaweed right away. Just slap it on when you're doing a one-on-one.
