I've also tried the Revival Balm brightening moisturizer, which made my skin noticeably brighter but not excessively so. It gave me that instant radiant look. Mixing the two actually creates a nice, luminous finish. However, I prefer the Revival Balm because it has better coverage and color payoff while still looking natural on my skin. I think I'll stick with this one. You can always use a cushion foundation to highlight specific areas if you want more brightness. I highly recommend it. However, the brightening effect seems to fade a bit over time. You might want to touch up with a cushion foundation when that happens.
