I felt the product was gentle when I used the mild acidic cleansing foam. It didn't feel too squeaky clean, so there was less irritation and dryness, which I liked. Many mild acidic cleansing foams can leave a slippery finish, but this one rinsed off cleanly without any residue.
Cons
The refreshing scent may be divisive. The foam didn't lather up as abundantly as some other products.

Pros
Other mildly acidic products still feel a bit slippery even after rinsing with water, but this one doesn't have that issue, which is great. It also lathers well, is reasonably priced, and I've been using it without any problems so far.
Cons
If I had to pick something, it would be the scent. There is a slight herbal medicinal smell when lathering, but it goes away after rinsing.

Pros
I really like the HappyBath products, so I've tried a lot of their body washes and cleansers. I'm glad they came out with a mildly acidic product - it's such a great value! It doesn't have that slippery, not-quite-clean feeling that some mildly acidic products have, but it's also not overly squeaky-clean, which I really like.
Cons
It's a shame that this line only has the one mildly acidic product. I wish they would make more mildly acidic foam cleansers in this range.
