Even before, mixing their oil products with emulsions provided great hydration, even in winter. The cream-oil format makes it convenient to carry around in small portions, and it's easier to apply than liquid formulas. Being fragrance-free, it's safe for sensitive babies. It quickly transforms into an oil with body heat and a little rubbing, so it's perfect for use right after baby's bath without long waits. Compared to the Atopalm cream I have at home, this has a lighter texture, making it feel less heavy on the skin. It's easy to spread and absorb well. The lockable pump is great for preventing little ones from playing with it. The one-handed easy-squeeze design and twist-lock feature are convenient. Like their emulsion, which I'm also using, this oil seems designed to be used down to the last drop.
ConsWhen applied alone, it feels more like it's creating a layer on the surface rather than deeply hydrating. As someone prone to dryness, I noticed the skin still felt dry soon after application on my baby.
TipI recommend mixing it with an emulsion or applying it over one, rather than using it alone for best results.

I was looking for a body emulsion with good absorption, hydration, and no stickiness. I had high hopes for the application since it's said to turn into an oil for massage. As expected, it has a slightly bouncy initial feel like a water emulsion, and when you rub it in, it transforms into an oil - great absorption! The oil transformation feels more like a hydrating oil rather than slippery, making it lightweight and quick to absorb without any stickiness, leaving skin soft. Usually, products focused on hydration tend to be heavy and slow to absorb, with some inevitable stickiness. But this one makes your skin silky smooth shortly after application, making me want to keep touching my skin! And of course, it has that baby scent in full force! It's that classic baby powder fragrance, quite strong actually! If you like baby powder scent, you'll probably love this. At first, it's most intense during application, but after it absorbs, if you sniff your palms, it's like that baby smell you get after powdering a baby and giving them a cuddle. Sorry if that sounds weird! I also applied it all over my mother (late 60s) after her shower, as she often gets itchy due to dry skin. She said it wasn't itchy or sticky at all (which is high praise from her). I think it would be great for all but extremely dry skin types, except maybe in winter. For oily skin, summer might be tricky, but with all the air conditioning these days causing dryness... I'd say it's a great hydrating massage emulsion for everyone from kids to adults! The oil transformation makes it perfect for massaging in.
ConsWhile it's a positive point, it could be a relative drawback for some - if you're sensitive to fragrances, the scent might be too strong right after application for those who don't like it. Of course, it becomes subtle quickly. Also, because it absorbs quickly for a fresh feel, you need to be careful with the amount when using it for baby massage. If you use too little, it dries quickly and the massage friction might feel too intense for babies. On the other hand, if you use too much, you might end up with pilling!
TipI don't know about anything else, but can't they release an adult version of this in a larger size? If the price is reasonable, I'd love to use this as my body emulsion! And make sure to apply it after washing and in moderation. I applied too much on my hands and when I rubbed it in, it started to pill like dead skin cells!
