The price... oh, the price... It's not even a large size, and as a student, it's quite expensive for me. That's the only downside!

Alternatively, you can apply the gel directly to areas like your nose and chin, massage it in, and then rinse off to help manage dead skin cells and excess sebum. I was already using this product regularly, but I bought it again as I was running out. It's especially suitable for those with dry skin. - Probably due to hormones, but I've been getting blemishes more frequently since using this, and it doesn't seem to have much soothing effect. 
- If you don't adjust the water properly, it doesn't lather well. Sometimes it's hard to get a good foam even after rubbing it in your hands several times. 
When you get the balance right, it does produce a rich lather. 
- Most disappointingly, it's not very effective at removing whiteheads and excess sebum.

I've used more than two bottles of this. 
- It has a gentle exfoliating effect due to the chestnut bark, but it's still mild on the skin. 
- It removes about 80% of daily makeup, including eye and lip products. 
- My skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing. 
- It's versatile - can be used as a hand soap and body wash too. 
- The scent isn't overwhelming.
