Pros
Hwahae Eye and Lip Remover! It's a product I can trust as it's made by Bioderma. The oil content is lower than other brands, so there's less whitening of the eyes. It effectively removes even waterproof mascara!
Cons

Pros
I'm currently using a lip and eye makeup remover. It's gentle, mild, has decent cleansing power, and is reasonably priced, so I'm very satisfied with using it. Compared to other makeup removers, it's less sticky and not overly oily, which I like. As long as it doesn't get in my eyes, it has minimal residue compared to other makeup removers, and it's one of the least eye-stinging ones I've tried so far.
Cons
The capacity is a bit small, which is disappointing. While the same is true for other makeup removers, the need to shake it before use is a bit of a hassle.

Pros
Bioderma's lack of irritation is a major advantage. I had been using an expensive makeup remover for years, but then had a great experience with the Bioderma micellar water, so I even bought the remover, and it gently and thoroughly removes waterproof mascara and glitter without any irritation. I'm really pleased with it. I'm already on my second bottle and am about to place another order.
Cons
I would prefer a larger size or a 1+1 deal, as the current capacity is a bit small.

Gently place the cotton pad on your eyes and wait until it melts. Do not rub or irritate the skin, as this can cause wrinkles to form rapidly. Wait at least 30 seconds, then gently wipe it away.

It's not oily at all and as gentle as water. I've tried more expensive ones, but none are as gentle as this one. It's the most satisfying one I've used. It doesn't sting at all even when it gets in the eyes. I've been using it for a while and I really like it, so I'm taking the time to leave a review.
