The Banila Co Prime Primer Tone Up is exactly what it says - a 'tone up' and 'primer' in one. When applied, it naturally brightens the skin while adhering smoothly without any patchiness. It covers pores subtly and prevents makeup from caking, which I absolutely love.

The coverage is light, so you'll need a concealer if you have many blemishes. I have some dark spots, and due to the sheer coverage, a concealer is necessary.

After applying sunscreen, I used a tone-up primer followed by Double Wear powder. The result was impressive - no caking and excellent adherence. I was also pleased with how it evened out my complexion.

I haven't used it long enough to find any drawbacks yet.
