It applies thinly and evenly, with a semi-glow finish that's not too intense✨ The luminosity can vary depending on your skincare, so if you apply it over well-hydrated skin, you'll get a bit more of a radiant glow! It's a lightweight cushion formula that I'd recommend to those who like a light coverage, but it won't cover heavy blemishes or discoloration, so those who need more coverage should pass on this one! ✓ 20 FAIR COOL This color definitely has an ivory tone, rather than a warm fair shade. The temperature matched me well, but the tone was a bit too natural. When fully covered, it comes out slightly darker than my skin, so it's suitable for lightly covering blemishes or for a bare-faced makeup look! Personally, I prefer a shade that's half a tone to a full tone brighter, so the brightness was a bit lacking for me🤔 Those with 21 or lighter skin tones who enjoy a natural makeup look would likely enjoy testing out the Fair Cool shade!
Cons✓ Disappointing longevity for the price☹️ I checked other reviews and it seems everyone agrees the longevity is lacking😢 As a combination-skinned person, I noticed oil buildup and caking in my T-zone over time, along with noticeable pores and cracking. Since the color was already slightly darker than my skin tone, as the makeup wore off, it actually made my skin tone look brighter, but the overall skin appearance worsened... I don't typically touch up my base during the day, but those who do reapply throughout the day may not see this as an issue. However, you'll likely need to blot away any cakiness and reapply to maintain a clean, fresh look👍🏻
