  Pros

  Among Korean products, I found the Cica Metal Cream from the same company to be the most satisfying for moisturizing and soothing, but it felt too heavy for summer use. Based on my positive experience with the 113 Cream for oily skin, which provided good hydration despite its gel texture, I decided to try the Quick Soothing Cream and I'm extremely pleased with it. In early May, when my face was dry and super sensitive due to a chemical burn, I used the Cica Metal for about a week before switching to this. It absorbs incredibly well. When you touch the skin, both the Cica Metal and Quick Soothing feel similarly moisturizing, but the Quick Soothing is much less sticky and absorbs lightly without feeling like it will cause excess sebum production. Despite being a gel, they've balanced the carbomer well, so there's no pilling at all.

  Cons

  The price compared to the amount is the most disappointing aspect. Although I buy it when discount coupons are available, it's unfortunate that they don't offer special promotions as often as the Bata A series.

  Tip

  It's perfect for summer when you're worried about blemishes due to sebum production on humid days. Just applying this over a hydrating essence, without anything else, works wonders. Even if you have oily skin, neglecting moisturization in summer can lead to a breakout of small bumps. I highly recommend this product as it's lightweight yet never compromises on hydration.

  True to its name, it's a real quick soother! This product is absolutely perfect for summer use! It's lightweight and great for rapid calming. The gentle formula absorbs well, quickly reducing that heated feeling on the skin. It's non-irritating and mild. As someone with dry and super sensitive skin, I've never experienced any blemishes or itchiness with this product. I think that's because it's so gentle and has low oil content.

  Cons

  Given my dry skin, even when used in summer, I felt a bit of dryness after some time. It's difficult to use on its own, which was a bit disappointing. However, I think this product would be perfect for those with combination dehydrated skin!

  Tip

  It's excellent to keep in the refrigerator and use to cool down when you're feeling overheated.

  Pros

  I received this product through the Hwahae event and gave it a try. My current skin condition: T-zone is oily, cheeks are on the dry side, with a few blemishes. Although writing a review wasn't required for the event, I'm doing so because I'm really impressed with this product. I'm even considering repurchasing it. The texture, true to its name, cools quickly and is similar to a soothing gel, but with a perfect balance of oil and moisture. It applies moisturizing, absorbs well, and doesn't leave a greasy finish. The scent wasn't an issue for me as I'm not sensitive to fragrances. While it doesn't dramatically change my skin, it definitely doesn't worsen my blemishes and provides a calming effect. The packaging is also very user-friendly.

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about! However, those with extremely dry skin might find it a bit less hydrating.

  I'm writing this review after receiving the product as part of an event. For me, the main advantage was that it's a versatile item. I usually apply moisturizer at home like a hand cream about 3-4 hours after cleansing. This product was great for easy, no-fuss application. True to its name, it's soothing and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, making it perfect for layering. It's rare to find a soothing gel-type product with cica ingredients that's so easy to apply. I'd recommend this to people who are concerned about blemishes but don't like sticky products in the hot summer. It's great because it contains ingredients that protect the skin barrier and it's a gel formula that's comfortable to use even in summer.

  There are so many products on the market that claim to protect the skin barrier, right? Compared to other products that show quick, visible results, this one might fall a bit short. I didn't really feel like it effectively calmed my blemishes. While it absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling, some people might find the slightly dry finish disappointing. For me, it's not a big issue as I can solve it with a drop of oil. Still, I wish it had more standout features. Like exceptional skin barrier protection even for dry skin, or addressing deep dryness, or maintaining hydration well. It feels more like a cica aloe gel for dry skin. That's why I plan to use it frequently like a hand cream, without expecting major results.
