Even for those with clumsy hands, the highlighter's blunt pencil shape makes it easy to swipe on. The built-in brush is great for expressing small areas. 2. Natural Expression The highlighter doesn't have excessive shimmer or an artificial color, but rather a bright concealer shade around #13-21.
