The lip liner applies thickly and smoothly, making it easy to use even for someone like me who's not great at makeup. The soft formula means you don't need to blend the edges separately - just swipe on your tint and you're good to go! The color seems to pair well with various tints, so I highly recommend it. The downside is that the staying power is a bit disappointing. Since it's not a fixing product, you'll need to reapply the liner and tint after eating, which is a bit of a drawback. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 19, 2025
This product is absolutely fantastic, no need to say more! It's a must-have staple. The perfect cool-toned lip pencil! It applies smoothly and looks delicate and pretty even when used on cheeks and nose. When I'm in a rush and can't do a full face, I just grab this and a cushion foundation. It's truly a versatile and special lip pencil. Hmm, it might look a bit dated on warm-toned skin... But I think it would suit those with cool undertones well. Just lightly outline your lips without going overboard, and it'll look beautiful. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 2, 2025
Skin type - Oily, Light undertone with neutral leaning In the photo, the top swatch is Creamy Pink The bottom is Hak Percent Dot On Mood One-way Glowtint in 13 Pink Fairy Texture: It applies smoothly without any stiffness and has great adherence. The slow fixing time makes it perfect for smudging. Color: It's not a purely cool-toned shade, but rather a neutral pink that both cool and warm tones can wear. It's a nude-like color with moderate saturation, ideal as a base lip color. Longevity: Thanks to its good adherence, I found the staying power to be impressive. After eating, while the tint may fade, the lip pencil remains. The outer edges of the lips tend to last longer, probably because they don't come into contact with food and don't produce as much oil. With its great value for money, I'm 100% sure I'll repurchase! If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that due to its thickness, precise application might be challenging. On the flip side, this could make it easier for beginners to use. With careful control during application, you can create a natural overlip effect in your makeup look. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 24, 2025
A calm pink-coral shade that suits everyone regardless of skin tone. It applies smoothly without clumping, making it great for covering up natural lip color. Perfect for those with thin lips who want to create an overlip effect. It sets to a matte finish, though the staying power isn't exceptional - it tends to wear off after eating and transfers slightly when touched. When applied as a full lip color, it can be drying and significantly accentuates lip lines. The gold color on the case lid tends to peel off easily. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2025
It absorbs smoothly. I think it has good application. I bought this because it's a popular item and the color seemed versatile, but it made my lip line look blotchy and irritated, as if I'd eaten something too spicy. It's itchy and causes a tingling sensation... Also, the color was too dark for me. If you use shade 19, I recommend getting a lip pencil in a lighter color. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2025
I've been using the Creamy Pink shade. It's warmer than I expected, which makes it a great everyday color for defining my lip line. It's perfect for creating an overlined look. The application is smooth, though the staying power isn't exceptional. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but I wish it had better staying power. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinOct 7, 2024
I bought this because it's famous for being used in salons. The color suits cool-toned skin, and it applies smoothly! There's almost no emphasis on dead skin cells. It's perfect for creating a base line. It breaks easily in slightly humid or hot conditions... After breaking a few times, it completely fell apart. Since there are many similar products, I'm hesitant about repurchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2024
Covers dark lips effectively Suitable for cool tones but can be layered with warm tones Provides gentle coverage Application: 4.5/5 Longevity: 4/5 Color payoff: 5/5 Design: 5/5 Reason for purchase: The brand name 'Heart Percent' is emotionally appealing, isn't it? I have darker lip lines. While my current tints are vibrant and intense, this liner is perfect for nude shades or gradient looks when I need coverage. So I chose the Heart Percent brand, famous among beauty junkies and in cosmetic shops for their lip liners. This lip liner is the star product that put Heart Percent on the map. Design: As someone who loves sparkle, I adore the subtle gold sheen on the cap and the white body. It's a universally appealing design. The color is indicated on the bottom border. Texture: It glides on smoothly, even on lips with dead skin cells. It's not drying and doesn't smudge. Color: I'm more affected by color saturation than warm/cool tones. The 02 Creamy Pink isn't extremely warm or cool. As a pink lip lover, this is the perfect base color. It's similar to the natural flush you get when you pinch your palm, but with added pink. The palm swatch is the most accurate representation. It doesn't have a white base, so it adheres well to the lips and provides good coverage. There's minimal staining, and it lasts long if left untouched. How to use: 1. For cool-toned individuals using warm lip colors: Apply this all over before applying a warm lip color to cool it down. Creamy Pink + Inga Crush = Cherry Blossom Tint 2. Perfect for those with darker lip edges Product advantages: It's a color-changing lip liner that allows cool-toned individuals to use warm-toned tints. Though it's a lip liner, it's not drying and provides creamy, definite coverage. Easy to blend with tints for gradients. Recommended skin type: Cool-toned Writer's skin type: Deep undertone, Bright #22 No downsides. Great color, application, and price. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 3, 2024
I purchased shade 02 Creamy Pink. It's a lip product that seamlessly blends with your natural lip color without standing out too much. It's great for overlining and works well as a base layer. The application is smooth, and it feels incredibly soft when you put it on. I love that it has strong staying power and doesn't wear off easily. The cool-toned pink isn't too bold, so it pairs well with any lip color, making it versatile and easy to use. I don't have any major complaints. If I think of anything after using it more, I'll add it later. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 3, 2024
I like this product. It's soft, has great color payoff, and works really well as a lip liner. However, as someone with a cool undertone (shade 22), the Creamy Rose color shows up as a salmon shade on me. I think this might look prettier on muted or warm undertones!
