As someone with an extremely cool summer complexion, products with a strong white base suit me best, and I haven't found anything better than this yet. Usually, when you think of summer cool tones, you imagine muted colors, often with purplish-gray undertones. But this one has a beautifully pure white base, which I absolutely love. Highly recommend the light version! It has minimal excess powder and I find myself reaching for it often. The durability seems poor, unfortunately. The case broke after just a month of use, even though I never dropped it or subjected it to any impacts. As someone with a cool winter skin tone, I usually stick to darker shades, but I decided to try this lighter palette and I'm pleasantly surprised! While it's marketed for light undertones, I think cool winter types can make it work with the right combination. I don't use the first color and the shimmer much, but the other two shades are absolutely gorgeous on their own. Since this palette is optimized for light undertones, there are some limitations for cool winter skin types in using all the colors effectively.

When applied to the eyes, it turned out more pink and purple than I anticipated. I'll need to be careful with the amount I use.

It felt like I had found the perfect eyeshadow I'd been searching for, though it has a very light base with a transparent lavender tone. The excess powder fallout is quite noticeable. I rarely use shimmer, and when I do, it's only for highlighting. So in palettes like this, I always end up with just the shimmer shades left unused. The fine particles create such a beautifully clear color payoff, it's absolutely stunning! The eyeshadow's color payoff is a bit on the sheer side, which might not be ideal for everyone.

Winter cool-toned beauties, this is a must-have! It's just 4 shades, but they're exactly what you need! I highly recommend it! There are no downsides! Seriously, I can't think of any! As someone with a cool dark skin tone, it might appear a bit light on me, but the palette itself has a great color combination and is easy to use The color payoff is good, so I'm using it without any complaints
